"P'Kit! Wait for me!"
Ming called out to his senior across the hallway. From far, he could see P'Kit turning his head around to look at him but he didn't stop. Instead, P'Kit quicken his steps.
"P'Kit! Wait!"
It was no use. He saw his senior turned around the corner but lost sight of him after that.
"He really doesn't want to see me..." Ming thought, feeling a bit disheartened.
Tuesday
=======
"Ok everyone. We are done for the day. Please remember the dance steps well and don't forget to practice for your solo performance."
"Thank you, P. Sawadee krap/ka." chorused the group.
"Yo, do you want a lift?"
"It's ok, Ming. P'Pha is waiting for me outside. Do you want to go with me, to see your lovely P'Kit?" teased Wa'yo.
Ming's expression fell when he heard his friend mentioned P'Kit. Yesterday's incident made him think a lot about his own actions. Maybe, he assumed wrong...that P'Kit actually and really don't like him at all.
"I'll just be a nuisance to him if I go, Yo."
"Huh Ming? What do you mean?"
Ming put a brave smile on his face.
"Haha. It's nothing. I'll see you at tomorrow's practice ok. 9 am sharp. See you!"
"Ming, wait..." Yo said but Ming had already jogged off.
