Yuri on Ice Mafia AU 2

Chapter 18

Slowly I place my hand on  Victor's doorknob, and try to pull it down it doesn't budge...No doubt he froze the door shut.  I send some heat through the doorknob to try to melt the ice freezing it in place.

I manage to get the door open, and quickly creep inside and close the door silently.

I look around the room. All my cameras got frozen over. Thank Kami Victor stormed out of Ice, and probably won't be back for a while. I don't want him to catch me in here will all my cameras or else he might take them all down.

Now, let's see what made him so upset.

I was going about my day normally, but then I get the notification that all my cameras in Victor's room were disabled. Like how would he even have figured all of my cameras in his room? After all, I made them quite small and put them in obscure hiding positions. Normally those cameras were just there so I could get some good Victuri moments, and post them to my online Victuri fandom page... I mean he even got the one that has a good view from the bed... my favorite one. So naturally, I had to come over and see what went wrong.

I take a tour around Victor's room and unfreeze all my cameras. I notice that my favorite camera isn't in its spot. Quickly I look around for it. I programmed it to be able to move so that I could capture the best moments of Victuri, and that way they would never be out of frame. My eye catches something laying next to Victor's computer... it's my robot hamster camera. Quickly I grab it and tuck it into my pocket. If it moved that far, it must have recorded something important... something of importance from Victor's computer. But what could it be?

Maybe it has something to do with Yuri's disappearance... We haven't had a home-cooked meal in 2 days... what a tragedy... besides the fact that I'm missing my best friend... but then again I have been busy in the lab with Seung Gil Lee.

Quickly I exit the room, trying to leave everything as it was, except my now unfrozen cameras, and head back to my compound.

I rush to my room, and take my robot hamster, Robo, out of my pocket.

Slowly, I lay Robo down and rush to get my tools. I feel around her delicate stomach for the edge of her stomach plate. Careful I take the smallest, thinnest screwdriver, and use it as a leaver to lift the plate as I applied heat to the plate to make it easier to take off.

I manage to get the plate off, and quickly I take my cord and plug Robo into my computer.

Robo's eyes start glowing a vibrant blue showing that she has connected to my computer.

Robo's folder appears on my desktop, and instantly I click to open it and find the most recent tapes.

When I open it and see what was on Victor's screen... I get sick to my stomach... I want to turn my head away, but I can't. What played on Victor's screen has a hold on me, forcing me to watch in unease and disgust...it's Yuri... captured... hurt...

Now I can understand why Victor reacted the way he did. I would have done the same... I notice small flames dancing around me. Although most of my cameras are waterproof and fireproof, the cold temperature from Victor's anger release damaged some of the wires... that's why my cameras broke, and I needed to go over to Ice to check on the cameras myself.

Robo's eye's pulse it's blue light twice, signaling that she is done fixing her internal fixes... good thing I programmed her to be able to fix herself as long as she is connected to electricity. What a smart move... good thing I also made her into a cute and adorable hamster.
