"H-hi... err.. i'm violet and i'm awkward."

I really hoped he didn't recognize me from school. The school dream guy, is the brother of one of my heroes. What am I supposed to do now? So much is happening in these last few minutes. I pulled out my phone and quickly send Alice a message informing her of what's happening. I figured I could tell Hannah everything later on the phone. My mom stormed into the restaurant.

"Violet! Why in the world are you taking so long?!"

Dahvie took the question as if it was aimed at him and ran up to her, explaining everything. They talked for a little as my sister and I talked. She had just been standing there, watching, like a little awkward turtle. Dahvie walked back over to us with the happiest expression on his face.

"YAYYYYYY! Violet you can stay!!" Dahvie exclaimed.

"Um.. at Chipotle?.." I asked.

"Nooooooo! With- well actually, that would be cool. Ya know? Staying here for the rest of your life? They do have the best food and you would never be hun-"

"Dahvie just get to the point." Sally interrupted.

"Oh! Right!" Dahvie continued, "Your'e going to stay with us for the next week on tour while your mom and sister go to Florida!"

"MOOOOOOMMM WHY WONT YOU EVER LET ME DO THAT?!!" My sister whined.

My mom ignored my sister and turned to me saying, "Violet you have fun now. BE SAFE."

I hugged her and thanked her. I couldn't believe this. By some miracle, my mom is letting me do this?  She must have known how much this all meant to me. Sure i'm 18 and should be able to chose things for myself, but I would have never thought she would let me spend a week with people she doesn't even know. I lied and told my mom that Kyle was a very close friend and that he would watch out for me in attempt to reassure her that i'd be okay. Dahvie smiled and pulled my mom in for a hug. My mom and sister left and Dahvie grabbed my wrist, pulling me outside towards the bus. Jayy, Sally, and Kyle followed close behind with their food. Somehow, in the middle of all of that, they managed to order food for everyone. We got on the bus and I just stood there like a fool. I couldn't believe this was all happening.
