A bit about this piece:
This is of my original character, Maxwell Bones. He's a mafia boss. (I might write and post the story on here... Not sure, though. Haha.)
Anywho, I had originally drawn him with his usual terrifying look, but I decided to make him cry instead, and got rid of his pupils so that his eye sockets would be devoid of the usual frightening life they held inside them. The color blue represents sadness and the color yellow happiness. I was thinking about just using the blue to make a monochromatic color scheme, but I thought it needed something else, so I added the yellow. Which created the complimentary color scheme. Oh, and I used the black outline-- I asked the contest boss if that was okay and they said it was. Heh heh... Thanks, @My_Name_Is_JM !
