AN: A lot of people have been requesting a story involving this pairing. I really tried hard writing this one [This was almost two months in the making] because I really ship these two as well. But what started out to be something supposedly really cheesy and kilig turned into this. But after seeing pictures and reading certain tweets, I just need to let out the feels and frustrations over this ship. This is not yet proofread; excuse lapses in grammar and spelling.

You only know you love her when you let her go.

He has been walking the halls alone for the past week, and everyone has noticed. Everyone has noticed that he no longer joined the team after practices, and instead left earlier than everyone else. He stopped hanging out with his friends after classes and during free cuts. He shut everyone out. He didn't want anyone to find out what kind of misery he was in. His former charming and bubbly self was no longer there; all that's left were remnants of what he used to be. He didn't care if everyone had their eyes on him, but what mattered to him if she actually bothered to at least wonder what was happening to him. But she hasn't. She hasn't noticed, and as far as he's concerned, she obviously is too busy to even bother. Considering she has recently entered a relationship, he wasn't shocked that she didn't notice. He wasn't shocked, but he was hurt.

"Okay, that's all for today boys. Tomorrow will be the start of your double training, 7-10 and 6-8."

After the final reminders of the coaching staff, he decided to head home early and just take his shower there. He couldn't bear to wait any longer to reach his bed. He gathered his things and was about to leave when someone tapped his shoulder.

"Jeron, can I talk to you?" it was Coach Juno, holding pieces of paper of what Jeron pressumed to be the comments of the whole staff about him during today's training.

He simply nodded and sat down at the bench when Coach Juno motioned for him to do so.

Jeron was patiently waiting for a scolding from his coach who always carried a stern look on his face. But it didn't come.

Coach Juno took a deep breath and let out a sigh, "Jeron. Don't think no one has noticed because everyone has. Your teammates are worried about you, and so are we. What's the problem?"

Jeron pointed his eyes to his shoes, which at that moment turned out to the most interesting things in the room.

He was ashamed to admit to anyone what the cause of all this was. He never thought that a single person could cause this much damage to his daily routine. He never thought that love could be this destructive.

He slowly lifted up his head but immediately buried his face in his hands, "Coach, I'm sorry if haven't been performing well... I just- I-"

Coach Juno shook his head in disagreement, "No Jeron, it's not that. According to the Coach Allan, your mid-range shooting is improving. Coach Jun also noticed that your ball handling is getting better. It's not your performance I'm worried about. Coach Jun, Coach Allan and I, we all saw that the fire in your eyes when you play hasn't been there the past week. So tell me, what happened? What changed, Jeron?"

Jeron ruffled his hair and wiped off the beads of sweat forming on his forehead. And everything that happened flashed before his eyes.

"Oh, ngiting-ngiti ka ata diyan King Archer!"

Jeron just laughed at Almond's banter. He indeed was smiling and was such and in great mood that he didn't even bother to protest.

Thomas had arrived from their kitchen, carrying a bowl of chips and cans of soda, in time to here the conversation, "Of course he's happy. He was talking to his crush kanina sa PT room."
