One Last Time (Hamilton Lams fanfic)

Chapter 5

>Eliza's POV<

Wow, that happened. This amazing, smart, cute, and all together perfect guy honestly didn't have feelings for me. But why? Because my best friend John Laurens already had his heart. I was happy for John, really, I was. I also worried about him, his father would go nuts if he heard about Alex and him. OH MY GOD JOHNS FATHER. 

I turned off the water in the shower quickly and jumped out almost falling face first on tile, I grabbed my towel dried off and grabbed the first outfit close enough.

Alex probably hadn't told John yet, probably because today was the first day of college for Freshman.

I went to Angie's room and banged on it a million times. I worried bad. 

"Oh my god, first you use all the water and then do this, you're nonstop." Angie whined while opening the door.

"OMG what happened!?!" she pulled me in seeing my face was red and I look incredibly scared. Because I was.

I told Angie everything about my date and it was hard to keep myself from bursting into tears. She awed not knows why I was so distraught. 

"But John's father is a huge dickwad and would beat the light out of John, more then usual!" I screamed in Angelica's face.

"WELL WHAT DO WE DO THERE ISN'T MUCH TO DO?!?!" She suddenly looked horrified and  panic was filled in her voice. 

"We HAVE to tell Alexander, he needs to know that they have to keep the relationship hushed." I said fondly of my plan. Angelica nodded and I left to finish getting ready. Oh god Alexander.... What are you doing....

>Alex's POV< 

I picked out a green hoodie out, tight jeans and some white converse. My absolute FAVORITE pair of shoes. THEY FIT WITH EVERYTHING!! I looked in the mirror satisfied with my look, simple but not sad! I didn't have the usual bags under my eyes, because John practically stapled me to my bed at 9 pm, wow hes something... Wonderful.

I walked to his door and knocked on it twice. We had the same first class together so we decided to walk together. I could smell the coffee being made.

He didn't answer.

I knocked again the smell of coffee tempting me but I  stayed strong. I checked the time, 7:15. he had 15 minutes to get ready.

No answer.

I yoloed it and just opened his door, he had no shirt on and probably just boxers making me shiver with disgust. He was out cold. I opened his curtains the light blinding to someone who didn't just wake up. RIP him. He groaned and looked at me. 

"GAH" he pulled the sheets over his body, I rolled my eyes opening his drawer.

"I've seen worse." I grabbed a turtle hoodie with tight jeans and his black converse and threw them on the bed.

"Kinky..." I swear I heard him mumble and my face flushed red. 

"School starts in 5 minutes I would hurry." He yelled at me to get out and I ran to the coffee maker so fast. I got two traveling mugs and poured the coffee in. I put creamer and sugar in one and just kept the other black.

Then I remembered Herc and Laf weren't up yet, I grabbed two other mugs and did the same process.

I walked to Laf's door first.

I didn't knock.

My first mistake.

I opened the door to see them sprawled out on the bed the covers barely covering them.

"HOLY SHIT!" I screamed and shut the door immediately. I slammed my foot against the door for sure waking them, and leaving a dent, oops.

"GET UP 3 MINUTES TILL SCHOOL STARTS." and with that I heard scrambling and loud thuds, they came out dressed in 1 minute, me and John were waiting in the living room with our coffees, I already told him what happened. 

"Bonjour, mon ami" He was limping, oh God why. WHY. I guess I know whose bottom- OH GOD WHY.

"Oh hey buddy" I walked up to him no regrets, I smiled and he smiled back, then I slapped him.

"AH WHY! IM SORRY MON AMI!" John and Herc just laughed drinking their coffees.

"LOCK YOUR DOOR YOU IDIOT" I said and motioned John to follow me out the door.

My last class finally came around, I had this one with Burr, Laf, Herc, and dearest, John. I was happy we all had a class together.

We all sat in the front, this was a history class/debate class so I was excited. It ended out really boring and just the introduction. While I was walking out I got pushed aggressively onto the ground. I looked up seeing some dude with  curly hair and looked exactly like Laf, uhh what?

"Oh sorry I don't have vision for immigrants." He replied with a smirk, nope.. not Laf.

"If you didn't have the vision for immigrants why are you looking directly at me." I said with sass to the max. He kicked me in the rib and I gasped for air.

"Watch it." He said walking off.

What a jackass. The gang saw me on the ground and ran over.

"What happened?" John asks eyes wide as he helps my up.

"Some jackass looking like Laf pushed me down and kicked me, asshole." I said and all four of them said the same thing at the same time.

"Jefferson." I laughed and we all started laughing. Then I remembered what I was supposed to do after school. 

"Hey guys could we meet you in the coffee shop in a sec I gotta talk to John for a sec." They nodded knowingly and all 3 smiled like geeks walking away gossiping.

"Laurens I-"

"No before you talk I have something to say. Two weeks ago you walked into my dorm with my friends. I instantly fell for you, your hair your brown eyes and God your face makes me smile! I fell so hard I thought I couldn't take it. Then my best friend Eliza asked you out, she looked so happy, YOU looked so happy! I wanted you to be that happy with me, but if you are happy with her then Im glad. But oh my God Alex, you stole my heart immediately, i'm not asking you to give it back because no matter what you do It will always be yours! GOD DAMN IT ALEX I LOVE YOU-

I cut him off. I closed the gap between us that seemed to get smaller during his rant. We kissed what felt like forever, my arms had found his neck and his my waist. My heart was beating out of my chest.

"I love you too."

A/N

AWW i'm such a sucker for lams! And fluff. I try my hardest not to make this so cliche but it's turning out pretty cliche. I have this idea in the back of my head that lams jeffmads and mullette all break up and laurens ends up with laf and mulligan with ham and jefferson with angelica and james with eliza, idk it sounds so interesting, they all get back to their soulmates soon but I just thought it would be funny tell me if you like the idea.

and yes i made burr in the squad because burr is like my favorite and I feel like hes misunderstood.
