It has been months since (Y/N) last saw her ex-fiancé and she missed her but keeping her safe was the most important one yet. The young zombie was in her room eating nachos with lots of hot sauce as she watched a gore movie about zombies and she snapped her head to the side when she closed her eyes for a second from the bright light but then noticed it was her best friend.

"You think you can keep it from me?" Her short friend busted in her room with her arms crossed while glaring at her and (Y/N) began to panic but kept a straight look on her face. "What do you mean?"

"(Y/N), I am not stupid. You think I wouldn't know!? Dinah told me everything. That night when you saved me and when I saw your red eyes... I was right... You aren't the same." (Y/N) closed her eyes for a split-second and when she opened them again it's what she dreaded the most that she saw. Her best friend was now afraid of what she is after finding out about it.

"Look. Ally, I didn't want you to find out about it this way-"

"Then why did you kept it from me!? I could've understood! Understand that my best friend is now a zombie. (Y/N)... I'm your best friend. I would never leave you alone." The dirty blonde haired woman said with small sniffles and she felt disappointment mixed with frustration for her best friend to lie and keep such a secret from her.

"I was protecting you Ally! I don't even know what would happen. If I lose control of myself one day... I-I just can't let it happen. I won't allow anything to happen to you."

"Then just trust me will you?" The short woman asked and (Y/N) hesitated but soon nodded since she knew Ally would be there for her no matter what happens. "Fine..."

"Does Lauren know?"

"She doesn't know."

"Why didn't you tell her?" Ally asked then crossed her arms at her best friend who hung her head low not knowing what to say but knew her friend would be disappointed for not telling her ex-fiancé.

"Would you want Camila to stay if she found out that you're a zombie?" The short woman became silent at the question knowing she wouldn't want her lover to stay around too if that happens and (Y/N) shook her head as she took a bite of her nachos. "Didn't think so."

"Alright, this boy is called Tyler Ross. He's a mechanic and was killed by the gas station when he was about to leave the convenience store. He has quite the flirty attitude when it came to female customers." (Y/N) nodded as she listened to her sister explain what type of brain she would be eating and she grabbed the mechanical saw-like slicer to slice open the victim's head.

(Y/N) prepared a small snack she could mix the victim's brain and mixed it with the Chinese noodles after cutting them up into bite size leaving half of it for later then made sure to add hot sauce.

"How are you feeling?" Dinah asked and watched her sister moan in delight as she ate her food that had mixed brain in it. "Very good actually." The assistant answered and she soon finished up.

"I heard you told Ally about your little problem." Her sister said and (Y/N) nodded with a small sigh escaping her lips as she threw out the noodle box after finishing it all then she stretched out soon enough.

"I did..."

"How'd she take it?" (Y/N) shoved her hands in her pockets by her lab coat and she gave off a sad smile.

"Well, she insisted that I should tell my ex-fiancé in hopes of maybe having Lauren understand that I'm still the same person and that we should get back together but no... I couldn't do it after I told her what would she do if she was in my position?"
