CARDELL

I was at this bakery, Laila birthday was next month and Im getting her the perfect cake because she dont want a party. Im also getting Ken'dell a graduation cake, my lil brother about to graduate.

"Dani come on I need you to help me, you know what girls like" i said I bought along. "Laila is different than most teenage girls" she says

I sighs. "Laila would rather go to the gun range then the mall, she would perfer to wear jordans than heels, she would wear pants and shorts instead of dresses and skirt." I explain she nodded nd started talking to the baker and designer.

"How about a blue, white and black 3 layer cake with a Jordan shoe and her face and name on the second layer" dani asked me

"Yea I like that, Now Ken'Dell get him a black, white and gold 4 layer cake with a graduation hat and it should say Congraduation Ken'dell" i told the baker.

The baker nodded. "By looking at this I can tell it would cost about $3,000" he said I nodded I grabbed Dani hand. "Where are we going?" She asked

"I need to stop by the prison to fill out Laila's paper work" i told her,I couldnt deal my Laila-Bug being in there. "After that you wanna hang out" she smiled at me

I pecked her lips. "Sure" i smiled

When we got there,I grabbed her hand and walked inside. I told security f*ck them and walked passed them, when I got to the front desk they just gave me the papers

"I also came here to visit Diable' Lopez" i told them they nodded, both Dani and I sat down. "Isnt Diable' your dad?" She asked

I nodded. "Yea, Laila is going to be here so I just wanna give him a heads up" i said then bout 6 guards came out with my dad shackled and handcuffed

He smiled. "Wassup Dell" he spoke. "Nothing, Dad this is my girlfriend Danielle" i introduced them. "Nice to meet you" she smiled at my dad

"You too" he nodded i sighs. "You know Laila in that jail program tomorrow" i infromed him "Laila got a attitude problem and smart mouth" he says.

"I know I be telling her that,She dont be trying to have a smart mouth it just how she talk" i said "where are your brother and sister" he asked me

"They at school,Im getting ready for Ken'Dell graduation" i tell him his eyes lit up. "He is graduating,yall growing up so fast. Laila is 14, Ken'dell is 18 and your 22" he shook his head

"I got to go, I have to meet Ken'Dell and Laila at this tux place" i stood up. "Nice seeing you son,and thanks" he said i looked at him

"Dani give us a minute" i told her she nodded an walked away. "You have been more a farther to Laila and Ken than I have" He looked at me

"No problem" i smiled. "Laila she dont know nothing about me,she only knows Im her dad. Ken probally hate me, I abandoned yall. You were 16 taking care of 2kids thats not even yours." He said. "Its cool dad" i nodded

KEN'DELL

Me and Laila just pulled up to this Tux place, i needed one for prom. She was sleep..-___- i swear she go to sleep anywhere. Thats when I seen Cardell and dani pull up, I got out and walked to the passenger side and woke laila.

"Laia get up" i shook her. "Bubby why" she whined as she got out of the car. When she saw Dani she rolled her eyes

"You better behave and Im not playing with you Laila Alasia Lopez" i told her pulling her in the store. Cardell smiled when he saw us.

He gave me a male hug. "Wassup lil bro" he dapped me. "Hey Dell and dani" i spoke. "Hey Ken'dell and Laila" she smiled

"Hello Danielle" laila spoke. "Hey Laila-bug" cardell pinched her cheeks but she didnt smile. "Ok lets fine me a tux" i say

"What do you have in mind" he asked. "I wanna stand out but I wanna be able to look good for my graduation to cause im using the same tux" i told him

Laia stood up. "How about a all black tux with your whit shirt but your vest and tue be a loud color then top it off with some J's" she smiled making me smile

"But most people wear church shoes" Dani says Laila looked at her. "Well we arent like most people" she say I walked to her and pinched her. "Stop Now" i demanded

Cardell walked up. "Im about to take Dani home, meet me at the diner next to walmart" he gave me a look i nodded. "Why you gotta act like that" i asked walking to the car

She rolled her eyes. "I aint even do nothing" she had an attitude "loose the attitude" i snapped at her

We went to the Diner and took a seat, Laila was texting so was I. We were waiting on Cardell.
