2days later

I couldn't say,move, or do anything, everybody here I was so happy but nobody could tell.

"Hey sissy" Ken spoke. I looked at him I tried to talk.

Then Daddy woke up. "Hey baby girl" he kissed my forehead I stared at him

"Laila-Bug look who's here for you" Cardell walked in with my baby. I really wanted to smile and coo over him.

"Laila,hey girl" Dani spoke I was tired of not saying nothing

I tried to talk finally I said. "Adonis" it was raspy but it was better then nothing

"Laila you spoke" Cardell said excitedly. "Yea but I still can't move" I sounded sad

"Princess do you feel pain?" Daddy asked. "Yea I heard the doctor says I got a day until I get my muscles back working" I whispered

Ken smiled. "I'm glad your talking, I missed your complaining" he made me smile

"I miss you Bubby" I smiled. "Hey mommy baby" I looked at Adonis that's when he smiled an whinned

"I'm sorry baby,mommy can't" I says. That's when Killa came in.

"Hey everyone, Hey baby" he kissed me as he grabbed Donis as they walked out. "So I guess things are the same" he says

I didn't say anything. "I miss you," he says as. "Lynn have been crying at school cause she thought you was going to die" he says as he grabbed my hand.

"I think we should have another baby" he says. "Hell naw" I said in a whisper

He stood up. "You said something" he smiled. "Yea, I should be able to move by the morning" I tell him.

"That's good, I gotta get Donis home to put him to sleep but I will be back tomorrow" he said "I love you

"I love you too, and you too Adonis" I smiled.

Next Day

I was able to move, I put on my school uniforms and headed to school. When I got there people was happy but Sassy and Edwin.

"Don't look at me like that before I punch the shit outta you" I tell Sassy,

"Why you limping?" Edwin asked. "Nigga you know why, I was shot an I think y'all did it" I said

He rolled his eyes. "We ain't like your people who kills and sell drugs" He says. "Are you mad cause my brothers and Daddy run this town or because i don't want you?" I asked as I limped away

After first block I walked to my locker until I heard. "LAILA" I turned around ns seen Killa
