Hawkeye finally woke up but was terrified. He refused to go with anyone and he was expecially scared of Hulk, he hid under his covers every time he came into the room. "I don't know how were going to gain his trust, he must've been only a child when that thing took control of him." Widow said looking at Hawkeye through the window. Cap just stayed quiet, he still couldn't believe that Hawkeye was possessed by a dark elf. Hawkeye looked so scared and defenseless, it was sad to see the clown of the group acting like the scared one. They tried talking to him but there seemed to be no break through.

Late that night
Jane was outside Avengers tower,  Red skull told her to wait on the ledge outside the window while they got something back from them. After twenty minutes she decided to see if they were ok, she crept through the hole in the window Modoc had made for easy access. She heard someone mumbling, thinking they should be fine she followed the sound to find herself in a medical wing. A young man wearing purple glasses was mumbling to himself until he noticed her, he fell silent and allowed her to approach. She smiled at him, "Do you want to see some magic? I can help you if you have a problem." He looked at her and nodded slightly. "I can't remember anything. I don't know how you can help with that." Jane didn't answer, she closed her eyes and put a finger on his temple. She opened up a rift into his mind and the other Avengers minds, she found the memories that belonged to him and placed them into his memories. She opened her eyes and found the boy asleep, she tucked him in and left the room. Red skull grabbed her hand and they found Modoc, once everyone was there Modoc teleported them out and back into the submarine. Red skull hugged her tightly and asked her many questions, he thought that one of the Avengers may have found her at the window and chased her inside. Dracula frowned, "We can't leave her here because she doesn't know how things work here so one of us will need to look after her on missions." Red skull sighed, "Your right Dracula. One of us must look after her while were gone." Not wanting to worry Jane he stopped the conversation and waited for her to go to bed.

One and a half hours later.
Once she was in bed they went to the meeting room to discuss the situation. Red skull waited for everyone to settle down before he began to speak. "Most of our missions may be done at night while others will be done during the day, so who will be looking after her?" Attuma spoke up, "The best thing may be that she is with people who she trusts, at night Dracula is the best person to care for her and we can see what the mission needs through the day to see who needs to stay behind." Even Red skull had to agree that this was a good idea, it was decided. They will try Attuma's plan for now and see what happens.

The next night.
"Now you behave your self my dear. You'll probably be in bed by the time we get home." Red skull said as he gave her a kiss goodbye, they were at Dracula's castle because Dracula didn't want to be stuck in a submarine. Dracula opened the door and welcomed her with open arms. "Jane my dear! Welcome to my home, I'm sure we'll have lots of fun." For most of the night they played games and at 11:00pm he read her a story about the three musketeers that saved a kingdom from an evil king. Once she was fast asleep he left the room and found that the team were back from the mission. "Was it successful?" "We have the information we need for our next mission. But there is a problem, for this plan to work all of us are needed." Attuma had an idea, "She can be babysit by my general, she has been asking for some time away from the army." "Then it is settled. But Attuma, if my little girl is in any way harmed, i will destroy the entire sea to get my revenge on you." Red skull said in a dark tone as he went to prepare for the mission.

One week later.
"I hope i can trust that your general to look after her." Red skull said as Lidia, Attuma's newest general, came into the submarine through the airlock. Jane couldn't hear the rest of the conversation but knew that it was most likely about her routine. Once the team was gone Lidia went to check on her and found that she was drawing something. "What are you doing?" She asked and was frightened at how fast her head snapped toward her. Jane looked blankly at her, "I'm drawing a picture of my family, wanna see?" She picked up the picture and it had a well made drawing of Red skull, Modoc and Attuma all completed and a half drawn picture of Dracula. "That's really well done." Lidia said with impression in her voice. Lidia allowed Jane to do her own activities until the team got back, but she was worried about some of the things she was drawing. They weren't exactly something a child should be drawing. Jane was in bed when the team returned and Lidia showed Red skull the drawings, "I just thought that you should know about this. She is a sweet little girl but i think somethings troubling her." Red skull looked at one of the drawings that had a woman on it, she had black eyes and burned hair. There was writting on the picture in red crown that read 'mummy never answered and ran from us all, mummy is bad for not taking us all with her to the better place'.Red skull sighed sadly, "I'll have to have a talk with her tomorrow, it's time i told her the truth about her mother." He noticed that most of the pictures had the same look to them. He walked sadly to her room and peeked inside, he found she was holding a piece of paper. He left it with her for he wasn't sure if he had the heart to see what was on it.

The next morning.
Jane went to the dinning room excitedly and found everyone at the table. Red skull smiled at her and offered her a chair, "How was your time last night?" He asked and got a very fast reply that was hardly understandable, once she was finished she noticed a new person at the table. "Hey, your the man in my picture!" Everyone looked at each other in confusion, she took out her drawing and showed them. The newcomer smiled at her, "My name is Hyperion, no one told me that there was a child here." The newcomer said and she just smiled at him. Red skull patted her on the back, "Jane this is beautiful, did you do this yourself?" She nodded and laughed as the picture was passed around and each person expressed how proud they were of her. When Hyperion saw the picture he just shoved it back. "It's just a drawing, what's so impressive about that?" He saw that everyone else was unimpressed with what he said and Jane was crying. Dracula gave him a dirty look as he hugged her close to him, "Good going genius, now she thinks you don't like her!" He got up from the table and lead her away. "Come on Jane, let's go. We need you to get prepared for your history test." As she was in class the others explained the situation with Hyperion but he didn't seem to understand the sensitivity of the situation, "So she's a kid, that shouldn't mean that she should have so much attention." "That's not what we're saying, she has been through a lot lately and I'm afraid she may be mentally damaged." He showed everyone the drawings and there was silence as they starred at the disturbing images. Modoc broke the silence, "So what are we going to do?" "I was going to have a talk with her but i need to make sure that she will be ready for the truth." Red skull replied. I just hope that she won't be too damaged by the time i tell her. He thought as he got up to check on her.
