Chapter 15

NEXT WEEK MONDAY................

2:00 pm at the 'Heavenly Weddings' decoration store.

"Okay, Mrs. Son, the theme is Rose wedding. I found this store as the perfect place to choose any themed decorations" I said while holding my clipboard with the list stuck on it.

Mrs. Son and Naeun looked around. Mr. Son and Jimin didn't come because they didn't want to, I'm quite relieved Jimin didn't come at all.

"I'm impressed Ms. Chorong. Please lead us to the person in charge here" said Mrs. Son and I lead her to the front desk. Where the person in charge was double checking the products they sold.

I checked the Decorations on the list and checked what's scheduled tomorrow. Which is silverware selection, can't it be done today? I mean, it is just spoon and forks and knives right?

"Ms. Chorong!" Mrs. Son called out to me and I ran towards her. "Schedule the Silverware and Entertainment\Music today so we can arrange them tomorrow" she said while checking the rose patterned table cloth. "Yes, Mrs. Son" I answered while crossing out the words Tuesday and Wednesday and transferred them to today.

"And after picking the decorations, we'll bring them to the reception place as well as to the church" said Mrs. Son and I nodded. Today will be a very busy day.

After Mrs. Son purchased the 10 large boxes of decorations, all three of us girls carried them to the cars. My car and the Son family's car, six boxes are in my car and four boxes were in their car. We went to the reception place first and decorated the place ourselves but when Mrs. Son and Naeun got tired, I took over.

The reception place was huge, and the three of us only finished half of the room. We haven't even started on the tables' decorations. "Mrs. Son!" I shouted while going down the ladder after hanging streamers with rose decorations.

"Yes Ms. Chorong?" she asked. "The people in charge of entertainment and music are downstairs, the silverware is across that store. You may take charge of it while I'll finish up here" I said while handing the clipboard to her. Naeun took it instead and said "don't worry Chorong, we'll take care of this".

I smiled in response and climbed back up the ladder to stick the streamers properly or they'll fall.

Hours quickly passed, and I was alone covering the many tables with the rose patterned table cloths. I stood up straight and let out a deep sigh I still had 50 tables to cover and I need to move the boxes of silverware in before I leave, Naeun and Mrs. Son offered to help me but I told them it was getting late and that the bride must look her best on her wedding day.

I checked my watch and realized it was already 9:45 pm. I went back to get another table cloth from the box until my phone started ringing. I looked at the caller's ID:

Mr. Bartender Guy

"Why is he calling?" I said out loud and answered the call. "Hello? Wonho? Why are you calling?" I asked Wonho.

"Chorong, Mr. Jimin and Mr. Taehyung caught me" Wonho said.

"Caught you? What do you mean? Did you do something wrong?" I asked.

"What? No I didn't, Jimin and Taehyung have me tied up in a chair because they're suspicious on my relationship with you, you're on speaker so please get me out of this mess" Wonho said. I distanced my ear from the phone and felt weirded out by what he said but I had to time to save him.

"It's fine Wonho, they won't hurt you, believe me. I can't save you right now because I'm busy with work" I said to Wonho, kneeling on the ground while taking a table cloth out of the box.
