ARI'S POV

We all ran to the cars and drove off. Dj got in the driver seat of my car and I sat in the passenger seat with Mya Braylon and Damon in the back. Izzy rode with Drew and Kyla and Victor rode together.

"Dj who was that guy." I asked scared out of my mind. I've never in my life seen something like that happen right before my eyes.

"One of Pablo's guys, I don't know how they found us but we gotta leave."

"Dj why are you doing this?!"

"Doing what! Trying to save y'all? Because if y'all die because of me then I wouldn't be able to live with myself for the rest of my life. Just trust me. If I didn't love you guys like my own I would've let each and everyone one of you die over there."

Dj wasn't a bad guy he was just going through a lot and he needed our help.

"Im sorry for yelling at you, I'm just so confused but I'll be right here with you the whole time. Hand me a gun." Dj gave me a gun and I put it in the back of my pants.

"Ari can you handle a gun." Damon said from the backseat.

"I can handle a lot."

"Where you going." I asked Damon as he stood up walking out the door.

"Out."

"Wait what's wrong? You can't just up and leave plus Izzy said we need to stay in pairs." I said as I managed to get in front of him.

"Ari I don't want to do this! I don't want to live my life having to worry about if I'm about to get killed every second of the day."

"You really don't have a choice anymore! None of us do! You think I want to do this? Well I don't!" I walked away from him and sat on the bed. We were all currently staying at a hotel since no one felt safe to go home.

Damon grabbed my arm and pulled me close to him.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you upset I'm just-

"Scared? Well Damon I am too, and  I'm sure Dj's more scared than all of us."

"You right I'm sorry."

"You don't have to apologize. We're human and we all have mixed emotions." I let out a little laugh.

"Nah that's y'all females."

I put my arms around his neck and his hands moved down to my waist.

"I don't want you getting hurt Ari."

"I'll be finnnneee."

Someone knocked on the door and it was Dj with some guy.

"What's going on?" Damon asked grabbing my arm and pulling me behind him.

"Chill, this my homeboy...he's the leader of another gang and they've been wanting to get rid of Pablo for a long time and he wants to help us."

"Dj how do you know we can trust him?" I asked.

"You can trust me I've known Dj since the third grade, and it's nice to meet you uhh...

"Arianna." I said holding my hand out.

"It's nice to meet you Arianna, I'm Huncho."

"Nice to meet you Huncho, this is Damon." They dapped each other.

"So Huncho, how do you know about this Pablo guy?" Damon said.

"He killed my brother, it's too long of a story to explain so that's just the basics."

Whoever this Pablo guy Is was more than dangerous. He's killed people, put people In the hospital and he's hurt Izzy. I would do anything to have this guy dead.

"I'm very sorry Huncho. I'm a hundred percent in on killing this guy."

"That's what's up we finna tag team ol dude the real way ya dig."

We all started laughing.

"Alright first off I need y'all to listen to everything I tell y'all to do, this whole killing Pablo thing is very dangerous and him and his lil gang will go so far. We don't talk on the phone cause they probably got a tracker thingy and they could listen to everything we say and see every text we send. But i don't know for sure. So everyone put these bracelet things on. They got a little button on them and when someone presses it they will shock your arm-

"Aw nah bro-

"Shut up Dj let me finish. The shock doesn't hurt it just feels like a little pinch. When you press the button, all of yalls location will come to my phone. ONLY PRESS IT WHEN IN DANGER! We will meet up here and whoever isn't here then we know who's hurt. I'll have the location so we will all go there together you dig."

We put on the bracelets and Kyla pressed the button just for the fun of it.

"Kyla!" Everyone yelled.

"Sorry I just wanted to try it out."

"Aye look lil mama I said only when you in danger." Huncho said.

"I understand."

We talked for a while longer trying to get to know Huncho a little better. He was a pretty cool guy on the real. After a while we went out to eat and chilled for the rest of the night.
