The Hospital

I woke up, and four girls were surrounding me.

Where am I? Who are these people?

I felt a hand on my cheek as I was still confused as of what was happening.

"Camila?" I heard a raspy voice, I remember. It's Lauren.

"L-Lauren?"

"Oh my god... your wrist." She picked up my wrist and I winced.

I all of a sudden remember what happened, and I start to sob.

I start to sob, because I can't believe that actually happened.

The girls try to comfort me. And they settle me down.

"Chancho, he locked us in the tour bus from the outside with a key, so we escaped through the fire thingy on the ceiling." Dinah looked at me sincerely.

"When we got out, we heard you screaming for help, so we ran as fast as we could, but it was too late." Ally looked at me with tears rolling down her cheeks.

"We're so sorry, Camila." Normani was also crying. And so were Lauren and Dinah.

My tears well up again as I remember more of what happened, so I speak.

"He pinned me against the bathroom wall... and he... he..."

"It's ok, you don't have to say it, Mila." Ally was still crying.

"As soon as we got there, Dinah threw her leg in the air and kicked him so hard in the back of the head, she actually knocked him out," Normani continued.

"Now he police are charging him with sexual assault, don't worry, Mila. He's going to prison for what he did. In fact, they found that he has done this to several young girls in the past, too. They were still looking for this guy." Ally was still wiping her tears as she spoke.

"I just can't believe it. I knew our management was shit, but I didn't know something like this could happen to you, Camz. I'm so sorry. I love you so much. I should've never let this happen to you."

"It's not your fault, Lolo." I smiled at her, I felt better, but I don't think I will ever forget what has happened to us.

"I love you." I spoke to Lauren, and she looked at me with puppy eyes.

"I love you too." Lauren moved from her spot, and moved to me.

She kissed me passionately, and I forgot everything for a mere second.

"Girls, I think it's time we tell the management, unless they have already found out from the media."

I thought to myself. This was already in the news? And on the internet?

I thought about the recording that Kevin had, but then I realized that was the least of my worries right now.

"We have good news, the recording was never leaked, Kevin is awaiting trial, and the bad news is, everyone knows what happened. Like, everyone has found out already. Overnight." Dinah leaned down to hug me, and I missed her warmth when she leaned back up.

"Oh, and you are going to have a few tests done and then you get to come back on tour!" Lauren smiled happily and shifted on her feet.

I smiled back at her.

This ended up better than I expected.
