Good News

"Babe, I have something to show to you." I looked at Lauren from across the hotel room.

At the moment, I was working on my new music. I've been very focused on it lately.

"What is it Lolo?"

Lauren blushed at my use of the old nickname that I created when I was 16.

"It's what we've been waiting for all along."

I look at my phone, only to reveal that Kevin had been sent to prison for what he did.

I almost passed out from excitement.

Lauren and I jumped around like little girls at a slumber party. Then we hugged really hard.

"Do the girls know?" I screeched again with excitement, after ending our hug.

"No, we should tell them though, before they find out from the media."

"Should I call them?" I walked over to the nightstand to grab my phone, which was still charging.

"Sure Camz, let's do it!"

I dialed Ally's number, and I knew that Ally would be with the girls.

"Hello? Camila? Is that you?"

"Dammit Ally, did you already delete my phone number from your phone?"

"I'm sorry, Camila. I had no choice."

"What do you mean you had no choice?" I said, obviously hurt.

"The management made me delete your number from my phone. This happened with Normani and Dinah too." It's like you could hear the hurt in Ally's voice too.

"Oh. Maybe we should stop talking about this, I have good news!"

"Ooooo! What's your good news?"

"Kevin went to prison! He was tried in court and he was found guilty, he also almost died because of Dinah's kickass karate."

"Damn! That's amazing! I'll tell the other girls!"

You knew when Ally swore it was a great occasion, or she was just really mad.

She hung up the phone, and I hugged Lauren once again.

"I love you so, so much, Camz."

Lauren whispered in my ear, sending shivers down my spine.

"I love you too, Lolo."
