"Watch this Gil!" I shouted as I rode ahead of him and had my horse rear up, on the top of the hill. He just sighed shaking his head with disapproval. I just laugh and began riding circles around him.
"For someone with so much energy right now, how come you failed to beat Howzer in a Sparing match?" Gilthunder asked me as he kept his gaze in front of him.
"Look in my defense I wanted him to feel like he could beat me, you and I both know I can easily defeat him with just the flick of my wrist, but that's no fun!" I laughed as I stopped circling Gil and began riding next to him. We have been riding for days in search of the Seven Deadly Sins with no luck whatsoever, we haven't found them. Not yet anyways...
"I suppose but you need to take these sparing matches seriously! That way we can give constructive criticism to better your fighting abilities!" Gil tries to reason, "Look if Howzer is too easy to fight then you need to find a stronger sparing partner, that way you can better yourself by giving yourself a challenge." I then stopped my horse dead in his tracks.
"New sparing partner? Challenge? You say?" I begin thinking while tapping my index finger on my chin.
"That is what I said" Gil stops his horse as well and glances back at me.
"Aight then! Let's spar! Here and now!" I say pointing a finger at Gil who is now looking at me with disbelief.
"(Y/N)... I don't think it'd be bes..." I cut him off by jumping down off my horse and standing in a good sword fighting stance. He sighs in defeat and hops down to fight me.
"I can promise you, this time I won't go easy and I won't purposely lose!" I wink at him and lunge in attempting to hit him.
THIRD PERSON POV:
(Y/N) makes the first move using her most prominent weapon, her two blood stain katanas.

With ease, Gilthunder blocks the attack and goes to attack using his lightning. Being the agile fighter that (Y/N) is she quickly dodges the attack by flipping over the sword, behind Gilthunder.
"I thought you were supposed to be a challenge?" (Y/N) taunts, tapping one of her katanas over her shoulder, "Tsk, what a shame."
"Tch" Gilthunder clenches his jaw and tightens his grip around his sword and goes for yet another attack. (Y/N) cancels the attack without even lifting a finger and then lunges for another attack, this time her katanas begin seeping out blood. Her head held low and eyes covered by her (H/L) (H/C) hair. Gilthunder quickly prepares for the worse. There they stood, (Y/N)'s two blood stained Katanas against Gil's sword. Sparks flying as the metal clashes. Soon Gil's sword flew at least twenty feet and stuck into a tree, meanwhile the ground from beneath them shook and a huge hole was now engraved where they were standing. Trees were cut in half and the shrubs and grass was singed. There, where Gil was once standing, is just ash, and a few feet from there, was Gil hanging on a limb of a tree.
"Looks like I won" (Y/N) laughs as she holds a hand on her forehead trying to block the sunlight from her eyes as she surveys the land.
"Yeah..." Gil groaned as he tried to get out of the tree.
"So what was that about me needing a challenge?" (Y/N) mocks as she places her arms behind her head, swaying back and forth on her feet. Gilthunder then comes clambering down the tree. Once down, he begins brushing off the soot from his person.
"Why does your Katana leak blood?" Gil asked as (Y/N) sheathes her katanas.
"I don't really know... but I do know it gives me extra strength" She says pondering the subject, she never really thought about it until now, "When I fight it seeps out blood giving me more power and strength, but once I kill someone it takes the blood and stores it inside I guess along with all of the power that, that person once held..."
"Strange" Gil mumbles to himself as he mounts his horse once again, (Y/N) quickly follows after. Tightening her grip on the leather reigns, (Y/N) begins thinking about it again but quickly brushes it off once Gil begins scolding her.
"(Y/N)! You shouldn't have gone all out! You nearly destroyed all of the forest! I told you it wasn't best to spar here!" Gilthunder scolds.
"Look in my defense, you never finished speaking!" (Y/N) laughs and quickly gallops off, "Come on slow poke!" Gil sighs a long sigh and quickly goes off after (Y/N).
"I am amazed we haven't found the Seven Deadly Sins yet" Gilthunder says as he brings his horse to a trot, "We have looked everywhere."
"I know why we haven't found them yet" (Y/N) responds.
"Then do care to explain" Gil insists.
"You know how when you play a game of hide'n seek you always look for the best hiding spots?" She asks.
"Yeah so?"
"Some of the best hiding spots are usually the obvious ones," she continues.
"Okayyyy?"
"The reason being is because the seeker is always going to go look for the spots that require thinking out of the box,"
"Where is this going?"
" Well if you think about it the Seven Deadly Sins are the ones hiding and we are the seeker," She then continues explaining, "We have looked everywhere that would be outside the box when the whole time they more than likely hiding in the most obvious place, especially being they have a tavern with them so being in a city they blend in!" Gilthunder begins to think it over and it made sense.
"You know what (Y/N) you're smarter than you look!" Gil chuckles and goes racing off.
"Well thank you... hey wait a minuet! GILLLLLLL! That's not nice you are so... GIL!"
