"So you and Axel will get married in 3 months?" Nat asked disbelief and I nodded
"But why aren't you happy? You're suppose to be happy!" She said.
"I felt that I'm the only one who is happy here, I felt Axel help me because he pitied me. I mean.. he saw me when I was drunk and almost commit suicide. He mus-"
"You almost commit suicide?" Nat asked in shock
"I'm frustrated and reached my limits. I got drunk and almost commit suicide."
"You're crazy!"
"I know I am.. that's how bad I want to be a doctor." I sighed
"So what now? You don't want to continue this? Just because you see Axel pitied you? That's his choice. He was the one who suggested and brought it up. So.. he must know the consequence right?"
"He said he knows"
"Then try it first Stella.. you just agreed to it yesterday. You still have 3 months ahead. If you feel this isn't right.. just stop it. It won't be too late" She said and I nodded
Suddenly my phone rang, I took it out from my bag and quickly answered it.
"Hello"
"Stella.." It's my dad
"Yes dad?"
"You need to come with me to Seattle tonight. I want you to learn making deals." Nat raised her eyebrows and I gestured her to wait
"Dad, I have school tomorrow"
"What time?"
"I'll just come with you" I don't want to go to be exact. I hate it.
"The Cesborn will come along, Axel will guide you" I smiled knowing Axel will be there. He knew my condition and I bet he will let me slip.
"Okay.." I ended the call and squealed
"What?"
"My dad asked me to go to Seattle with him"
"Why are you happy?"
"Axel will be there too so since he knew my condition. He will help me right?" I said excited and Nat gave me a weird look
"Are you happy because Axel will be there or the fact that he will help you get out from this mess?"
"Get out from this mess of course. You know Axel is not my type"
"Don't fall in love, you'll be the one who will get hurt" Nat warned and I laughed
"I won't, don't worry."
After that me and Nat talked a lot. We catched up a lot with our lives and it was so good to talk to her. I miss her.. and I will see her again in more than 2 weeks because she has a summer camp kind of thing in London for around 16 days.
"I'll miss you.." She said
"I'll miss you too!! Text me often okay?" I said and she nodded. After that we went in our seperate ways. I decided to go to Axel's office.
As I walked into the building, I saw Trissa. She just got out from the lift and I can't help but glared at her. I hate her with all my heart and soul.
I walked pretending not to see her..
"What are you doing here?" She asked and I turned to her
"Who are you?" I asked and she scoffed
"Pretending to be dumb"
"I'm dumb.. sorry" I said and walked away
"Don't even try to get close to Axel, I will get you" She said and I turned to her
"Who are you saying that? His girlfriend? OHHHH HIS EX right? He dumped you for CHEATING with a lot of dicks" I smirked and she glared at me hard. She was ready to punch me but I was ready to smack her face off.
"He loves me.. and he will never look at other woman"
"Confident much? I love your over confident. You literally open your legs to everyman"
"At least.. I'm not a loser virgin like you" She hissed and I laughed
"At least I still have my pride and dignity. Not like you.." I smirked and walked away. I pressed the lift button and waved at her before the lift door closed.
That girl was unbelievable.. I pressed the number to Axel's floor. I leaned to the wall and can't believe her. She's so confident saying that Axel still loves her. Wait.. what if he really still loves her?
I walked out from the lift and knocked on Axel's office. I walked inside and saw Axel looking at the paper blankly.
"What did she say?" I snapped and he looked up to me
"None of your business" He said in cold tone
"What are you doing here?" He asked and I sat on the seat in front of his table
"We're going to Seattle tonight right?"
"I heard you're coming"
"I heard I will be with you when we're deal-"
"I know what you're thinking but sorry I can't help you" He cut me and I pouted
"So do we need to act lovey dovey there?" I asked and he shook his head
"I'm not that kind of guy, my dad knew that. It will be weird. Don't over do it" He warned me and I nodded
"Next time.. I see Trissa. I want to slap her and punch her and kick her and-"
"Don't touch her!" He warned and I looked at him disbelief
"You still like her?" I asked and he stayed silent
"You still love her?" I asked and he turned to me
"It's none of your business, Stella!" He bursted angrily and I flinched. That got my mouth shut
"Don't even try to touch or hurt her, Stella. This is a warning.. I'll let you kick her the other day but don't hurt her again!" He warned and I looked at him nodding. I was speechless that he still loves her even though that bitch cheated on him a few times.
"You can have any guy you want as long as we don't get caught.. so do I" That wasn't the deal.. he was the one who say that we can't have someone. I let that slip this one time since he's the one who help me with this.
"Where are you going?" He asked when I stood up
"Grocery shopping.." I said as I tried to smile even though I don't want to smile.
