Chapter 15 - Sweet

I literally followed my dad to that meeting and literally my dad asked me to presentate. Thank God that I can do it or else I'll be dead. I mean I got good scores in business but never like that major.

We walked out from the meeting room and went down.

"I'm taking her to the Chester" Axel stated and I pouted at him. He looked at me weirdly

"Okay, you guys can go" Sebastian said, Axel took my hand and pulled me away.

"I don't want to see these Chesters guy.." I said to Axel but he didn't answer my statement. He just pulled me towards his car and gestured me to get in. Rude boy..

I got in and put my seatbelt on. He started the car and I turned to him.

"Axel.. I don't want to-"

"I can hear you, I'm not deaf" He said coldly and glared at me. That shut me up. He drove the car out from the building and none of us talk. I'm still not use to his coldness. I mean later on I will right?

I tried to make myself busy by playing games in my phone or checking my notifications.

"We're here, get your butt out" He said and I looked up. I raised my eyebrows. I took off my seatbet and got off the car. A park?

"You're taking me to a park?" I asked and he walked away first. I followed him and can't help but smile.

"Thankyou.." I said cheerfully and he nodded weakly. I guess this cold guy has a sweet side too. We walked around the Myrtle Edwards Park and it's really relaxing. We sat on the bench and just enjoying the nice afternoon breeze.

"I miss Abraham" I said as I saw a kid that I think has the same age as Abraham

"Then go to him.." Axel commented

"I met him when I was 17. I took a bus because my parents can't pick me up at that time. He was sick. Very sick.. He wore a mask to cover his mouth and nose. His face was pale and looked really weak. I have to urge inside my heart to walk to him so I decided to sit beside him"

"He told me to stay away because he was so sick. He begged me not to sit beside him but I don't really care about it. Until at one point, he started to cough non-stop. Blood came out from his mouth and I was so panic."

"He pointed me the bag that he put on the floor but I was completely confuse to do something until a doctor got into the bus in time. He was in his 50s and he helped him by injecting some serum to calm his cough. The doctor gave him a medicine right away."

"Abraham thanked him non-stop for saving his life. Since he's only 12 years old, I decided to drop him home instead of him going home alone. He's an orphan and he lived with his uncle. I found myself visiting Abraham everyday.. buying him new toys, eating heatly food together, morning walk everysaturday and even go eat ice cream together every friday.. it's our icecream day.." I chuckled remembering him

"Abraham was getting weaker and weaker everyday because the virus that he got in his body. He died a year after I met him. I was so sad.. he's liked my little brother. He died because a deadly virus inside his body can't be cure" I sighed and tears filled up my eyes

"That's why I want to be a doctor.. I want to save kids life and people's life from a deadly diseases like that. I want to give them a chance to live. Make the happy by cheering them up that they can fight their own virus with their antibody by make them happy without thinking that they're sick" I said and I wiped my tears

"You'll be a good doctor" Axel said and that made me turn to him. I smiled and looked away again

"I will be one and I won't let you down. You're helping to open the path to reach my dreams and I will re-pay you soon" I said

"Good" He said. I can't help but smile widely seeing him has this sweet side. Suddenly he stood up and walked away. I followed him and held his hand. He looked at it and then looked away. I love holding his hands.. they're warm and just.. I don't know.. I feel so comfortable

"Axel.." I called and he turned to me

"One day, you'll be a good husband" I said and he scoffed

"I'm marrying you, incase you forgot"

"But we're not real.. you said that.. we're getting married because a deal. We both don't have feelings for each other so I'm not your wife and you're not my husband. One day.. when you're married for real.. that girl will be so lucky"

"Of course, not like you.. they guy will be damn unlucky" He said in cold tone and I chuckled

"Yeah.. I agree with that" I said

"Axel.. since you do something for me.. what can do for you?" I stopped and looked at him straight to his eyes

"Nothing.. I don't need anything from you"

"Oh come on, ask me to do something. I will grant it for you" I smiled and he just walked away again. I linked my arm to his and leaned my head to his shoulder

"For me.. you're not cold Axel, for me you're the sweetest person that I've ever met" I said and smiled. I kissed the back of his hand and intertwined my hand with his. I turned to him and he just looked at me glaring.

"Thankyou"

"Stop saying that" He hissed and I chuckled
