I make a face at Harry as he grins like mad. "Why do you need me for that?" I ask him. He had just asked me to go with him to shop for houses. I knew he was thinking about buying one out here but he hadn't mentioned it in a while so I thought he might just do it later. I also did not expect him to want my opinion on a house. "I don't know anything about mansions." He chuckled.

"Well if you're one day going to live in it, you need to love it too Theresa." The thought made butterflies fly up in my stomach and I smiled broadly.

"You cheeky piece of shit." Harry laughs, throwing his arms up.

"What? I want you to come with me! This is an important decision."

"You just want me to come with you so you're not alone or bored. Admit it." I countered, poking his chest. Harry shifted his weight a little before nodded his head, his long locks falling over his shoulders.

"Okay, yeah maybe I want you there so I won't be bored but also, I'm indecisive so please come house hunting with me." I sighed, rolling my eyes at him.

"You're lucky it's my day off otherwise I would have to say no." Harry smirked. He knew it was my day off today so he probably scheduled the house visits around my open time slots. I begin to head back to my room to grab my purse. "I can't believe you sometimes." I say with a sigh.

"I love you!" He calls back to which I only laugh. Meghan is sitting in our room, on her bed and tying her hair back. She smirks at me as I walk in. She's wearing her work clothes so she probably has to leave soon.

"So, house hunting? That's pretty cool. Maybe when Harry buys a house we can all live there and stop paying rent." I laugh at her, grabbing up my purse. "What? It's just an idea."

"You're insane."

"The house is probably going to be big enough for five family's. Us living there shouldn't be a problem."

"Bye Meghan!" I sing out, waving goodbye to her. She shouts back a goodbye as I hit Harry's chest and head for the the front door. "Let's get this over with. How many house are we looking at?" I asked him as we stepped outside. He said he was positive that nobody had followed them to my apartment but despite that, I was not going to take his hand or show him any affection until we were inside the car, it's tinted windows hiding us away.

"About ten."

"Ten!" I shout as we descend the stairs. "Why so many? Are they near each other? I swear to god Harry.." he chuckles.

"Relax. They're all in the same area roughly. We won't be driving far or for that long. I swear." I roll my eyes at him.

"Fine but these house better be fucking beautiful or I will regret coming along with you."

"They're all a million dollars or more. If they're not fucking beautiful." He says, mimicking me. "Then I'll be pretty pissed." I smile a little but my stomach also twists into a knot. Million dollar mansions? Shit.. Now I was kind of afraid to step inside them.

I clung to Harry's arm in amazement. The high vaulted ceilings and gorgeous archways of this first house were to die for and that was just the architecture of it. The front foyer had one of those grand spiral staircases just off to the left and the realtor even noted that you could have a large Christmas tree in this room to fill up the space in the holidays.
