Fools Gold
Enhance my beating heart
Drown me in false love
And breathe me in like oxygen
Outside the leaves are dying
And once you leave they will fall at once
Withering leaves will crumble beneath your boots
Just like how you watched my heart crumble into pieces
Like it was chocolate your eyes lit up with delight
Blood no longer pumps your heart
Instead the pleasure of my torture keeps it beating
But your charm fools me every time
The feel of hot breath running down my neck
Makes me forget all about your ways
You’re my fools gold
