Maria's POV
"Congrats" "You were amazing", people congratulated me the 1st week of 'The Phantom of The Opera' at the Opera Garnier, making the tickets sold - out.
I opened the door...and froze. Ana was there still wearing her costume, while sitting at the couch filled with bouquet with her legs crossed and staring at me with jealousy.
"Ana, why are you still doing here?" I asked, faking a smile.
"Nothing, just...looking at your flowers." She said, looking creepily at them.
"Is there a problem?" I asked, hiding my fear from her.
"Nothing..." Suddenly, she took out a rose and a note which made me stunned.
"Nice admirer...Pathetic" She began to tear the rose apart.
"No! Stop." I said, planning to snatch the rose...but she pushed me...and finally destroyed the rose.
"How dare you?" I asked, shocked to what she did.
"How dare you?! You took away my role." She said, with disbelief.
"I didn't took away your role. It was not my fault. They said your voice wasn't capable enough." I said to her.
"Lies!...I was capable enough. They only picked you because your 'stepfather' was one of the patrons...or must be...you gave your body." I gasped.
"I'm not that kind of person!" I defiantly said but she only chuckled.
"What about your...admirer? I think he only wants you just by your appearance." I slapped her, not able to contain myself.
How dare she!? She can't just judge and mock me that way. Who does she think she is!?...I thought.
"I'm sorry. It's just I don'wantto say to me like that." I said.
She suddenly tackled me, sending us both to the floor.
She clawed, kicked, punched me while I screamed even pushing her off of me but she was so strong.
Suddenly, she was yanked away from me by Christian while I was helped by Richard and a few cast members.
"What's the matter - Oh my God! What happened?" Madame Charlotte asked, bursting through the door.
"It was her. She did it." Ana said while pointing at me.
"How dare you?! You were the one who insulted me because you didn't get my role! You tackled me and now, you said it was my fault." Whispers began to fill the room.
"Ana, I have said before your voice range is incapable...Now, I want you out of this theater. You are no longer part of this production." She gasped but stormed out before giving me a death glare.
"Maria, are you alright?" Christian asked me, while he looked at me if I had any injuries.
"I think so..." I suddenly I began feel my world was spinning, giving me a migraine.
Suddenly, blackness took over me...
"My poor Maria...Is she going to be alright?" That voice...I know that voice...Victor's voice...
I wanted to open my eyelids but it won't open.
"Yes, Victor. She will...but she will be somewhat traumatized by what happened earlier." It was now a man with an Indian accent.
