Eleanor's POV

Oh my gosh, this is not happening, this is not happening. I was trying not to look into Louis's beautiful and glowing blue eyes. If I did, I'd probably lose it and cry right here and right now.

Louis looked at me, his eyes widening. Say something, say something. Anything, just say something.

"Hey..." I mumbled.

"What... what happened to you?" he asked, but immediately shook his head.

"I'm so sorry, that came out wrong... I just... I meant..." Louis awkwardly shuffled his feet around, thinking of something to say.

"No, no. I knew what you meant," I reassured him. "I know that I'm different."

"Um... are you going to-" Louis's words here cut off by a blonde.

"Hey, babe!" The blonde's arms wrapped around Louis's waist as she pulled him into a kiss. Hannah. Of course.

"Hey," Louis greeted her after they pulled away. I looked at the floor as Perrie and Dani glanced at each other uncomfortably.

"Er... Eleanor... this is my... uh... girlfriend, Hannah. Hannah, this is my... friend, Eleanor," Louis said, although he seemed unsure of what he was saying.

Hannah's glossed lips pulled into a smile as she stuck her hand out. "Nice to meet you," she said, sweetly.

"Nice to meet you, too," I said through a forced smile, shaking her hand.

"Hi, I'm Danielle," Dani said.

"Nice to meet you guys and nice to see you, Perrie!" Hannah said as she smiled again.

"I gotta go to class," Louis said, "I'll see you guys later. Bye, babe." Hannah and Louis locked lips again before Louis left.

"We have to get to class as well," Perrie said.

"Bye, Hannah," we all said.

"Wait," Hannah said. We stopped in our tracks. "Do you mind staying, Eleanor? Can I talk to you for a bit?"

"We... um... we really need to get to class," Dani said.

"Oh, this won't take to long," Hannah replied, smiling.

I nodded, "I'll catch up with you guys later. Bye!" Danielle and Perrie gave me a look before they went.

As soon as they left, Hannah's smile went into a frown. Her eyebrows narrowed as she glared at me.

"Well, well. Seems like you've been spending quite a lot of time with Louis. But you better back off," she warned me.

"Listen, Hannah. I know that you think I have "a crush" on him, but I don't, okay?" I replied.

Hannah scoffed. "Oh, please. I see the way you look at him. How you've suddenly changed and wore more makeup and changed. Don't lie. I know you like him, but he's mine. So just stop looking and face the facts that he's mine and he'll always be mine."

"Excuse me?"

"You heard me. If I catch you with him, you'll be driving you're sorry ass all the way back to wherever the hell you came from. Do I make myself clear?" Hannah shouted. Her lips then pulled into a fake smile. "Have a nice day."

She flipped her blonde hair and strutted away. I blinked. What just happened?
