As promised, chapter 11 :)

This is just a flashback chapter in Perrie’s POV

“’You hate Hannah and you’ve been threatening her,’ Danielle spilled.

Oh no she didn’t.”

Perrie’s POV

Flashback

“Well girls, your friend here just requires some stitches. Nothing serious,” the doctor said. All three of us were sitting in the waiting room, waiting for Eleanor, who was inside.

“Thank you, doctor,” Danielle said as the doctor walked back inside.

“Oh my god,” Hannah said, clasping her hand to her mouth. “I didn’t mean to do it! I really didn’t!” Her eyes welled up with tears as she started sniffling.

I leaned towards her and gave her a hug. She held onto me as she sobbed onto my shoulder. Dani grabbed a tissue and handed it to Hannah after she pulled away.

“Thanks,” she sniffed, dabbing the tissue on her eyes.

“It’s okay, Hannah,” I said. “Eleanor knows it isn’t your fault.” I rubbed her back but she sighed.

“N-n-o,” she hiccupped, “she…she…oh! I shouldn’t tell you. It wouldn’t be fair.”

“What is it?” Danielle asked. “It’s okay if you don’t want to tell us. We understand.”

“Yeah,” I nodded. It couldn’t be anything bad. Hannah and Eleanor got along fine. But, she did want to tell us something before she fell in the water fountain.

“Hannah,” I started.

“Yes?” she replied.

“Is it something that Eleanor would tell us? She tried to tell us something before she fell,” I explained.

“Maybe we should hear it from her?” Danielle asked.

“No,” Hannah said, “I want to tell you guys.” She took a deep breath and said, “She…”

Hannah stopped to sob, wiped away her tears and continued, “she hates me.”

I was taken back at first, but then I thought about it. Hannah and Eleanor barely spoke today; they’ve been avoiding each other.

“What do you mean she hates you?” I asked.

“Remember when I asked her to stay behind when we first met? I wanted to tell her that we don’t have any classes together and that I wanted to be friends anyways, but she didn’t want to hear it. And you know she likes Louis, right? She threatened me. She said if I didn’t break up with him, I’d regret it,” Hannah cried.

“But that doesn’t seem like Eleanor,” Danielle said. “She’s really nice.”

Hannah shrugged. “I don’t know. People can change, you know?”

“So why did she fall in the water fountain?” I asked. It didn’t seem right.

“I don’t know either. She kept glaring at me today. When I reached for my purse, she sort of leaned back. I don’t want to seem mean, but I think that she did it on purpose so that she could blame me. She hates me!”

I don’t know how we’re going to deal with this. Let’s just hope it was all a big misunderstanding.
