"Dinner was good thank you for cooking, Jin," Namjoon says glancing at Yoongi hoping he we also thank Jin for cooking.
"Yes thanks, Jin," Yoongi says sitting down next to you on the couch and reaching for the remote. Hobi stands up from the other side of you and announces to the group that he is calling it a night. Jungkook and Tae wave goodbye at Hobi absentmindedly from the table where they sat for dinner and then go back to playing some game involving a lot of childish roars of cheering and harmless strings of insults presumably to distract each other from the point of their game. You still haven't quite figured out what the point of their game is...but none of the other boys seem to question Tae and Kook so you turn your attention back to the boys in the living room. of "goodbye!" and "thanks for dinner!" as they rush towards the door.
"What was that about," Jin looks at Joonie and then at you and Yoongi. You catch Namjoon giving Jin a look as if he should know why they all left so quickly and just as your about to ask what the four boys had bed whispering about Namjoon stands pulling Jin up from the love seat by the arm. "I think we're going to get going too, Yoongi. Our chef said he was sleepy after all the food. Right, Jin?" Joonie nudged him in the ribs softly.
"I am?" Jin begins to ask, "oh wait yes, yes I am just beat after such a long day," he says with such enthusiasm that suggests he's not telling the truth, but playing along.
"Why is everyone calling it a night so early? I mean I love sleep more than the next person, but it's like not even eight o'clock. Plus it's a Friday night and we have off tomorrow."
"I guess we're just old men that need our sleep" Namjoon says trying to be convincing as he moves towards the door.
"I'm older than you, Namjoon," Yoongi states blatantly.
"Okay fine but we're allowed to be tired," Namjoon grumbles at Yoongi with a goofy grin on his face.
"I guess I should get going then," you mumble as you stand from the couch realizing that Yoongi had moved a little closer to you at some point in the mass exodus of the rest of the boys.
Jin and Joonie both rush over and gently push you back down on the couch and Joonie shouts, "you kids have fun!" before grabbing Jin by the arm again and making a beeline towards the door.
"Again, I'm older than you, Namjoon," Yoongi retorts playfully and rolls his eyes as Jin waves at you and Yoongi before he shuts the door behind him.
You notice Yoongi's cheeks have turned a sweet pink and he chews on his lip all while avoiding eye contact with you. When he snaps out of it he turns to you and whispers in a husky tone, "I guess it's just us tonight," his cheeks become even rosier, "is that okay with you?"
"Sure, I don't mind. What do you want to do then?" you ask beginning to realize why all the other boys left so suddenly.
Studying the blush in his cheeks and the way he bites his lip when he looks at you, you wonder how he can look so cute yet...attractive at the same time.
"Y/N? Do you want to stay in and watch a movie with me?" Yoongi asks leaning in a bit closer to you waiting for a response. "You don't have to but I just thought-"
"What movie do you want to watch?" you say before Yoongi can finish his sentence realizing he sounded almost nervous. You're not sure if you've ever seen Yoongi act quite like this before, but you have a feeling he's acting shy tonight because he's alone with you.
