"Doctor" I said, running down the street with him.
"Yes" He replied.
"We're going to need a mode of transport" I said, stopping and catching my breath.
"Oh yes that" He said, he looked around to find a Firetruck.
"We're not getting into that are we ?" I asked concerned, he gave me a swift nod and pulled me over to it "Can you even drive ?" I asked, getting into the drivers seat.
"If I can fly a spaceship, I can drive a Firetruck" He said, turning the key in the ignition.
"Oh god" I said, buckling up as he started to drive the Firetruck. I gripped onto the dashboard for dear life.
Then Rory's phone rang. Oh god.
"Can you get that ?" He asked, steering the wheel this way and that.
I pulled out Rory's phone and answered it putting it on loud speaker
"Doctor ? We're at the hospital, but we can't get through" Amy's voice said.
"Look in the mirror" The Doctor said.
"Are you on your way ? You're going to need a car" Amy said, I sighed.
"Don't worry, I've commandeered a vehicle," The Doctor said, speeding down the lanes trying to get to the hospital. The phone went dead. "I told you so" He sang out, as if he could drive a Firetruck in the first place.
Before I could speak to congratulate him the phone starts ringing again.
"Are you in ?" I asked not waiting for a moment.
"Yep," Amy replies, she pauses "But so's Prisoner Zero" She says shocked. The Doctor and I share a look.
"You need to get out of there" He says worriedly.
"Amy ? Amy, what's happening ?" I ask, I get no reply "Amy, talk to me!"
"We're in the coma ward, but it's here. It's getting in" Amy replies, The Doctor and I let out a sigh of relief.
"Which window are you ?" The Doctor asks.
"What, sorry ?" Amy replies confused.
"Which window ?" The Doctor asks again, we make it to the hospital and circle around it trying to find where she is.
"First floor, on the left, fourth from the end" Amy replies, the Firetruck skids to a halt.
The Doctor climbs out of the window and onto the roof, extending the ladder I climb up onto the roof with him.
I send a text to Amy :
'Duck'
The Doctor and I burst through the window.
"Right! Hello. Am I late ? No, three minutes to go. So still time" The Doctor says, I wipe myself down from the shards of glass. Looking around the room, giving Rory and Amy a wave.
"Time for what, Time Lord ?" Prisoner Zero says, disguised as a mother and two children.
"Take the disguise off. They'll find you in a heartbeat. Nobody dies" The Doctor said, I walk over to Amy and Rory, a shared shocked look plastered on their faces.
"The Atraxi will kill me this time. If I am to die, let there be fire" Prisoner Zero said, I handed Rory his phone back.
"Okay. You came to this world by opening a crack in space and time. Do it again. Just leave" The Doctor said simply.
"I did not open the crack" Prisoner Zero replies.
"Well somebody did" I said, walking forward standing next to The Doctor.
"The cracks in the skin of the universe, don't you know where they came from ?" The Mother asked "You don't, do you ?" She said looking between The Doctor and I "The Doctor in the Tardis doesn't know. Doesn't know. Doesn't know!" She chanted in the little girls voice "The universe is cracked. The Pandorica will open. Silence will fall" The woman said, looking at the both of us with a malevolent look on her face.
"And we're off! Look at that. Look at that!" The Doctor said looking at his watch. Time's up "Yeah, I know, just a clock. Whatever"
"But do you know what's happening right now ?" I asked, she had a bewildered look on her face
"In one little bedroom, my team are working. Jeff and the world. And do you know what they're doing ? They're spreading the word all over the world, quantum fast" The Doctor said smugly.
"The word is out. And do you know what the word is ? The word is Zero" I said, looking at The Doctor. Both of us a smug smile on our faces.
"Now, me, if I was up in the sky in a battleship, monitoring all Earth communications, I'd probably take that as a hint. And if I had a whole battle fleet surrounding the planet, I'd be able track a simple old computer virus to its source in, what," The Doctor said looking at me "Under a minute ? The source, by the way, is right here" The Doctor said, a bright shining from outside.
"Oh! And I think they just found us!" I said delightedly.
