The pulsing emergency lights ontop the police cars flooded the streets in search of the fleeing vigilante. After the news of the hospital bombing and Sanderson's death went out over the police airwaves, Detective Warren wasted no time in dispatching every available unit to the immediate area. Helicopters circled overhead and painted the alleyways and rooftops below with blinding spot lights. Oliver had made several evasive maneuvers to avoid the influx of police presence, hoping that his bike had yet to be discovered before he returned to it. Felicity had already mapped out an escape route that would hopefully avoid the police, focusing a path through the already searched areas. Oliver dropped down from the fire escape and cautiously checked the alley for any signs of trouble before moving to retrieve his bike.

"Radar is clear. The nearest unit is reporting from three blocks South." Felicity began, doing her best to monitor police channels and route an escape path. Oliver stopped beside a massive dumpster and pulled it away from the building wall, revealing his bike hidden in the darkness. Luckily the passing police hadn't inspected too closely and spotted the dumpster not nestling against the brick wall. The engine roared to life with a massive burst of combustion, rattling the nearby window. The screech of tires and the sudden flashing of emergency lights snapped Oliver to the end of the alley where a police cruiser appeared. Oliver looked over his shoulder and spotted another pull to a stop behind him, with officers jumping out and taking aim. A helicopter hoved overhead and settled overtop the Green Arrow with a spot light illuminating the alleyway.

"On the ground now!" A voice ordered from the end of the alley. Oliver scanned for an escape before ripping the throttle into gear and shooting down the alley. The helicopter's spot light followed after the bike as it sped through the narrow alley and towards the police cruiser blocking the exit. Oliver swerved from side to side as the police sent a few rounds toward his bike's tires in an attempt to stop him. A rundown car sat along the alley wall, partially blocking the police cruiser from entering. The abandoned vehicle caught Oliver's attention as he fired two arrows into the cinder blocks under the front rims. The car's front end crashed down and created a makeshift ramp for Oliver as he snapped the bike towards it and readied himself. The nearby police officers watched in amazement as the Green Arrow's bike shot up the abandoned car and ramped over their car blocking the alley exit. Oliver jerked forward upon landing but quickly regained control and drove off with a group of police vehicles chasing after him.
The news of the vigilante's escape reached Warren as he drove his cruiser around the other police cars heading toward the action.

"Damn it! You said he was blocked in!" Warren cursed into his police radio while swerving past another cop car.

"He jumped us! Be advised, suspect moving East on 13th!" A police officer responded over the radio. Warren glanced to the street signs on the nearest intersection and saw that he was passing 13th Street. Warren's car whipped sideways and darted down the road with a few other cars following while the others created a roadblock at the intersection.
Oliver saw the group of police vehicles motoring straight towards him as he turned into a nearby alley in hopes of evading them. The leading cruiser barely slowed as it turned into the alley behind Oliver, prompting him to assume who the driver was. Warren sped through the alley, crashing through piles of trash every few seconds. The Green Arrow swerved from side to side in his headlights as they both plowed down the alleyway. Oliver spotted two dumpsters waiting near the end of the alley and he fired a lasso arrow into them. The arrow dug into one dumpster and shot a cable directly into it's counterpart sitting across the alley from it, snapping them together via the retracting mechanism. Oliver swerved to the side of the colliding dumpsters and skidded along the brick wall beside him. Warren jerked the wheel to the side and slid his cruiser along the alley way while narrowly avoiding the two dumpsters now blocking the alleyway. The police cruiser directly behind Warren saw the two dumpsters appear in his headlights as the leading cruiser swerved out of the way. The sound of the crash snapped Warren's head around as he watched the trailing cruiser collided with the dumpsters and slammed them into the alley wall. The helicopter watched from above as the alleyway transformed into a traffic jam, with a few unlucky cruisers crashing into one another. Oliver pulled onto the street and drove off with Warren close behind. Thankfully Oliver had managed to cripple and cutoff most of his pursuers, giving him hope for an actual escape. A wave of police cars appeared ahead and ended Oliver's optimism. The immediate area wasn't offering much in aiding to Oliver's escape.
