Me, Jade, and Bella made our way inside the car Abel and his friends were in, which was pretty big, considering the fact he had a few of his guy friends with him.

I was the first one who walked into the car and immediately when they noticed me the guy sitting next to Abel moved over making room for me in the middle. I'm sure Abel told them to do that. Bella and Jade sat across from me on the other side.

"Thanks for picking us up Abel." I said while smiling at him.

"Of course baby." he said while wrapping his arm around my shoulders immediately.

I could feel him staring at the side of my face. I looked over at Bella and Jade. They were already in a conversation with the guys around them.

Abel grabbed the side of my face and turned me around so I faced him. His eyes were narrowed, he looked confused like he was trying to figure something out.

"You were crying." he stated, not even needing to ask.

"No I wasn't!" I said trying to laugh and sound normal.

"Valerie don't lie to me, baby what happened?" He said leaning into me so only I could hear.

I knew he wouldn't let this go so I might as well give him a dumb answer. "I already had a little too much to drink and me and Jade started talking about old times and you know how I get." I explained while looking him in the eyes and making myself look as innocent as I can.

He seemed to somewhat believe me, grabbed my face in his hands again and kissed the top of my forehead.

"No more drinking okay baby? You've never been the best at handling alcohol." Abel said with a slight smirk.

I hit his arm playfully laughing. "I handle my alcohol great!"

"Okay Val, if you say so."

The air in the car was so thick, it was hard to breathe.

The guys were rolling blunts and passing them around. Even Abel had asked me if I wanted a hit, which I hadn't done since Toronto.

"I swear, am I the only one getting flashbacks?" Jade said as me, Jade and Bella walked out of the car first. Abel and a whole group of guys we actually didn't know followed. The only ones we knew were Cash and 3 other guys we knew were familiar.

Me and Jade looked at each other.

"I see it all now." I said while laughing at the fact it felt like we've done all this before.

It used to be so foreign to us.

Abel's arm made its way around my waist, leading me into the club. My hand was intertwined with Jade who had her arm linked with Bella.

Something I learned with going out to clubs with rappers and singers, keep your friends close.

I looked at Abel as he spoke to security who were quickly letting us in. Abel's eyes were already red, I could tell it was already hitting him.

He noticed that I was staring at him and looked at me for a second. He sent me a wink before leading us inside.

"I can't find your house send me the info, driving through the gated residential"

"Hey it's you! They're playing The Hilla!" I pointed out dumbly as we walked into the club.

Abel laughed at me, giving me a look. Even when his eyes were red I could tell they looked at me with the most loving look anyone could give someone. A rare look I don't think I've seen him give anyone else. He looked around and found us a table then made me take a seat.

"Well I'm set to go perform soon so I'll find you after okay?"

"Okay, I'll be here." I smiled at Abel as he quickly looked me over and sent me a quick wink before he walked off, making Bella and Jade take a seat next to me.

"Hills have eyes, the hills have eyes. Who are you to judge? Who are you to judge?"

I then realized how much more comfortable I was becoming with Abel again. I watched Abel walk off and I saw Cash meet up with him halfway. My eyes automatically narrowed at him. I still didn't like him around me, or Jade, or Bella for that matter.

"Jacks." Jade said which made me look at her. "Listen don't get me wrong Abel made his mistake, but maybe things would be less tense if Cash was out of the picture." she said, her eyes going to Cash.

I raised my eyebrow at her making her sit up straight and look at Bella. Bella was not not understanding any thing at all.

"I get what you mean, we just need Abel to understand it too." I said as Bella waved her hand at a waiter to get him to walk over to us.

"Abel will listen to whatever you have to say, swear." Jade said then looked away from me, over to the waiter. Probably ordering drinks for us.

"Hide your lies, girl hide your lies. Only you to trust, only you"

"Just like old times.." I trailed off, my eyes going back to Abel. Jade didn't hear a word I said.

"All you have to do is start crying and he'll get rid of everyone and buy you another pair of diamond earrings." Jade said while rolling her eyes and laughing.

"Oh my god, do not tell me that happened!" Bella said joining in the laughter, making me laugh with them.

"Should we tell her the story Jack?" Jade said while looking at me.

"I think we have to!" I said laughing with them both.
