Flashback
"Who the fuck is Alex?" Abel asked while walking into the bedroom and holding my phone.
"An old friend, why?" I asked while getting up off the bed.
"Why the fuck is he texting you? Saying he's in Toronto? Let's meet up?" He asked while walking closer to me and looking angry.
"Abel he's a friend, calm down." I said while trying to reach for my phone.
He threw my phone onto the bed angrily then looked back at me. He grabbed my face in his hand and made me look up at him.
"Valerie, you're not allowed to see this Alex bitch ass ever again."
"Abel what the hell is your problem?" I tried walking over to the bed before Abel grabbed my wrist and pulled me back.
He held my arms against my side tightly and was not letting me go.
"My problem is some other guy was sending you fucking heart eye emojis and shit. Fuck is that? You know what. Let me call this nigga." He said while moving out of the way and going to grab the phone.
"Abel stop, you're being over dramatic!" I said while grabbing the phone and putting it behind my back.
"Abel listen, we dated back before I moved here okay? We're friends now and I told him if he was ever in Toronto to let me know." I explained while looking up at him.
"No, you're not seeing that nigga at all." Abel said sternly while grabbing my phone and unlocking it.
He deleted the message and deleted the number as well.
"Okay honey." I said while looking down and frowning.
"Val I'm sorry honey, I just don't want you seeing other guys. Baby I'm sorry, I didn't mean to get mad." Abel said while calming down and hugging me.
"I know, I just don't know why you don't trust me."
"No baby, I do trust you and you know that." He said while grabbing my face lightly and making me look up at him. "I don't trust anyone near you, I don't even like letting Drake near you sometimes."
I giggled lightly. "Drake would never try anything." I smiled.
"I know I know, I just never want to lose you. You're mine forever." He said while bringing me with him as he sat down on the bed. I stood in between his legs when he grabbed my hand kissing my hand, then kissing my ring finger.
He looked up at me once before kissing my ring finger again, running his finger over the spot where some people wore a ring.
Why is he so interested in this finger?
