Flashback
"Do you think $100,000 for a bag is too much?" I asked Abel as I sat on the floor with my phone in my hand.
Abel made his way out of bed. "It's not enough love." He said kissing me on the cheek before walking downstairs.
I smiled lightly and got up off of the floor and followed him downstairs.
"Do you think we can go shopping today?" I asked as I made my way to him.
"If you want Val, where do you want go?" He asked with a smirk while looking in my direction.
"Let's go to Paris." I said while wrapping my arms around his neck. "I've never been shopping in Paris." I smiled looking up at him.
He lightly laughed while resting his forehead against mine.
"Shopping in Paris it is, sweetheart." He said then kissed me on my forehead lightly before making his way back upstairs, probably to get ready for the day.
It had only been a few weeks with Abel, but we were already becoming a thing. His friends knew me as his girlfriend at this point, but I wouldn't put a label on him if someone asked me.
He was just someone to stay with for now.
He was very known in Toronto, him being very known was getting thrown on me as well. I was becoming more known. Even people at the club knew I was messing around with Abel.
It was like a thing at this point.
But it was a thing that wouldn't last long.
Or so that's what I told myself at least.
