Today was that day, Monday morning. It would be my first day at this new school and I was so nervous. Luckily I was attending Northview heights like Kaiden and Rosa so I wouldn't be completely alone.

Kaiden offered to pick me up for school but I declined and decided to walk to school with Rosa. I didn't want to get too close to Kaiden too soon, but it was hard since we talked all day everyday over the phone since we met and we had so much in common.

He agreed with me when I said I wasn't ready for a relationship yet but the way he complemented me and flirted with me all the time made me think other wise.

I quickly got up and stretched making my way to the shower. I plugged my phone into the speakers playin' Her way- by partynextdoor

I was a big fan of drake, so when he came out with his new artist partynextdoor I was hooked. His music was just so good

I hummed along to the song while washing my hair with my coconut shampoo and scrubbing my body with my vanilla body wash.

Thirty minutes later I got out and brushed my teeth.

After drying off and finishing my daily routine I pulled a blue and green jacket from my closet, and some blue jean shorts with my blue suede pumas.

Since I still had plenty of time left I decided to straighten my hair.

After the hour long process I was finished with my hair, it stopped a little passed my breast area. I parted it down the middle before grabbing my things and headed downstairs to see the twins eating bowls of cereal.

I looked down to see I had a text from Rosa saying she was ready to go, I grabbed an apple and told the twins to come on.

"Hey girl, you looking cute. You tryna impress Kaiden huh?" She laughed

I told her about him and how he has been tryna run game on me and she swore we would be in her words 'a bomb ass couple.' She reminded me more and more of Rina everyday.

" gyal please, I'm not worried about that bwoy." I chucked

" whatever stop lien. You ready?" She questioned walking ahead of me

" yuh, just hold on right quick I'm waiting on mi slow ass brothas"

" girl, why you ain't tell me ya' fine ass brothers was coming" she asked fixing her hair

" ew, gyal please." I scrunched my face up at her

Just as I said this the twins came out of the house with my mom behind them, She was dressed in a dress shirt, a grey pencil skirt and heels. I think she had some sort of interview today. I waved to her before beginning to walk with Rosa and the boys

After a ten minute walk I knew I would be taking Kaiden up on the offer for rides to school. We finally made it to Northview high, It was a very big school, bigger than any school in Jamaica at least.

As soon as we took steps to the main doors we were pushed to the side by a swarm of screaming females.

"Not again" Rosa mumbled rolling her eyes

"Wat the fuck is goin on?" Damon said raising an eyebrow

Shit, I was just as confused as he was

"Wat happened ?" I asked Rosa

" girl, get use to it. These new bitches go crazy every year when they find out a celebrity goes to our school"

"A celebrity? who ?"

" girl, Partynextdoor " she said plainly as my eyes damn near rolled out of my head

You mean to tell me, I was going to school with thee partynextdoor.

" bitch, yuh lien" I stepped back in shock looking at her like she had three heads

" I'm dead ass, look there he goes now" she said turning to look at him walk up to the school entrance with a pretty petite light skin girl.

I glanced at him much like a lot of the new girls in complete shock as he walked up the stairs to the main entrance, I quickly turned away as he passed us and nodded at Rosa before entering the building. Oh my gawd.

" girl, you know him?"

"I've know Jahron since we were in middle school, waaay before a partynextdoor even existed." She laughed

" c'mon before we're late to class" she said pulling me by my arm into the large hallway.

Everyone turned and looked at me as we walked through the crowded hallways to the office. " wat are they looking at Rosa?" I whispered making eye contact with Kaiden.

I smiled at him and waved , he gave me a simple smile and head nod before I was pulled into the office by Rosa

" it's nothing, don't mind them staring. It's like that with almost every new girl, especially a girl from a different country " she said

"How do they know that I'm not from here?"

" it's easy to tell when a person is not from here, plus word gets around fast" she laughed handing me my schedule and glancing at hers

" looks like we have the first three classes together." She smiled
