Quorin and Allen-Chapter 14

I almost completed the cover pic and it's up there~ y'know, you would think the cover pic would be the first thing I would do lol, now, to begin!

Hawk's POV
I honestly regret that I saw Rose get caught by Laurence, I mean she clearly hasn't talked to him but I still can't help but be suspicious of him, after all he has a very mischievous reputation
"Hawk, class is starting!" Astoria whisper-yelled
"Hnng..." I grunted a bit "Sorry" I whispered back as I looked up and noticed Rose walking towards us as she waved bye to Petal
The class was cool as ice, we practiced saving princesses which is my specialty... But Laurence got a good grade aswell, I couldn't help but glare at him as a bunch of girls swarmed around him,
"Right, and you don't notice the many more girls surrounding you, okay, and do you see Rose trying to talk to him? No, I don't think so..." I looked around to see where the voice came from and I saw Petal next to me, I stared at her a bit and she looked at me "eheh! Hi Hawk!" Petal said and I heard her mumble something under her breath which I couldn't hear

Petal's POV
Hawk stared over at Laurence, clearly jealous

'I couldn't help but glare at him as a bunch of girls swarmed around him'

"Right, and you don't notice the many more girls surrounding you, okay, and do you see Rose trying to talk to him? No, I don't think so..." I accidentally said outloud, hoping he didn't notice. But out of the corner I saw him look at me wide-eyed I laughed nervously "Hi hawk!" I started to sweat a little bit 😓 and mumbled under my breath "crap! I broke the fourth wall againnn" hopefully he didn't notice I said that...

"Well then, I'll just be... Going... Elsewhere... Byee" I slowly scooted away as I said that and he just gave me a confused look

-Time skip-

Rose's POV
Hmm... So I would like to get to know the other two new students as well, I mean... With the awkward situation it would probably be best to avoid my team, and their team tends to split up a lot anyways so I guess I will look for the-speak of the devil, they're both together ahead of me, I walked over to them and smiled "Hey, Quorin, Allen!" I greeted
"Hi!" Quorin replied with a sweet smile "So, what do you two think about today's class?" I asked, attempting to start a conversation 'casually' as Astoria keeps lecturing me on just going up and asking for souvenirs... But I need the souvenirs, I need all of them
"Its.. Kinda dull today in my opinion, if they're doing a lesson on saving princesses could they at least, I dunno... Set up something the girls could do" Quorin replied thoughtfully thoughtfully
"Definately! It's kind of boring, it would be more exciting if there was actual danger, too" I replied excitedly
"Yeah! No kidding! Then maybe we would end up saving the princes instead!" Quorin had a competitive look on her face and we laughed a bit, after a short while I noticed that Allen had his jacket tied around his thigh
"Is something wrong with your leg?" I asked, pointing at his jacket
"Err... Yeah" he said, seeming a bit embarrassed, then Quorin decided to embarrass him more

"Allen is a pretty big cat person, and by that I mean he has a thing for tigers and lions, and you see... We visited an earth zoo and he snuck in with the tigers and it didn't turn out so pretty, since then I've been keeping a close eye on him." She explained with a casual smile on her face, but in the situation she was using it in it felt more like a mischievous grin

"Quorin! Why did you have to tell Roseee" Allen said in a somewhat whiny tone, causing me to break out laughing

"You two are-haha-like a c-ha-couple of something!" I managed to word it out and then they're faces turned bright red and they first looked away from each other and leaned to the opposite sides and I noticed Quorin bit her bottom lip and they both ended up glancing at each other at the exact same time and they just looked away again
"well, I will get going now, talk later~" I said as I saved bye and walked away. Class immediately ended, talk about perfect timing.

I was about to head home when I saw Hawk and Laurence look over at me "Meep!" I just quickly said bye to my team members
"You ready to head back Travis?" I asked
"I think I will stay here" Travis said, causing me to raise an eyebrow
"Oh? Any particular reason?" I asked, his cheeks redeemed slightly and he nodded and confessed
"I wanted to see if LingLing and I could go on a date sometime..." He said somewhat shyly
"Alright, see you tomorrow then!" I waved bye and walked home alone, again seeing Xander and he ended up walking me home.

I went to sleep thinking about Hawk and Laurence and what I should do, and the best answer I could come up with, was to ignore them both.

So the question is, was I expecting this? Nah, was I expecting to do less than 1000 words? Nah, I just didn't wanna bore anyone, including myself lol, may I have an opinion on what's going on? Theories maybe? Cuz well, I actually decided to come up with how I wanted this to end and I'm sooooo excited to write it and that at least 5 people will read the whole story *So happy*
