Done Waiting: Auston Matthews Sequel

LAST day here in Arizona and Auston and I are packing up a few of our clothes before we need to head to the airport to head back to Toronto. We were able to stay in Arizona for a few weeks before I wanted to head back and visit the newlyweds.

"Are you done yetttttt?" Auston asks as he jumps on the bed as I fold a few more of my clothes.

"Nooopppeeee." I say just like him. Auston then sighs and he pulls out his phone. 

"But you take soooo longggg." Auston says still dragging his words.

"Looks like you went back to Mr. Impatient." I say smirking knowing that name annoys Auston.

"Hey! I'm not impatient!" Auston says sitting up from the bed.

"What ever you say Mr. Impatient." I say smirking as Auston quickly gets up and makes his way over. Me knowing what's gonna happen next, I quickly get up and run into Alex's room.

"What's happening?" She asks me as I quickly stand behind her as Auston runs into the room.

"Hand her over." Auston says.

"No! He's gonna tickle me!" I say pointing at him.

"She's mine now Aus, you can't have her back!" Alex says playing along and I laugh at her.

"I'm telling mom!" Auston says like a true kid.

"No no no! You can have her back!" Alex tells him as he pulls me from her back and pushes me to him.

"No! Alex you traitor!" I say as Auston then picks me up and brings me back to our room and starts tickling me on the bed.

"Stopppppp!" I say as he then stops as my phone buzzes and it says that Mitch wants to facetime.

I then quickly answer and see the newlyweds are back in their place in Toronto.

"Hey guys!" Mitch says once I answered.

"Heyyyyy!" I say as I lay on my stomach on the bed and Auston does the same beside me.

"MATTS!" Mitch yells.

"MARNS!" Auston yells back.

"And the bromance is back." Steph says making me laugh.

"What do you mean back, it's always been here, it never left." Auston says.

"Yeah, obviously." Mitch says as he winks at Auston and Auston blows a kiss back making me die out of laughter.

"But you guys are missing one more out of the three musketeers." I says.

"Yeah, we miss willy, where is that blonde anyways?" Mitch asks.

"He's with his girl back in Toronto." Auston answers.

The rest of the time before we headed to the airport was spent catching up with Steph and Mitch, once we were done talking Auston and I were brought to the airport by his family and we are now getting our goodbyes before we head on our plane.

"Bye, i'm gonna miss you both!" I say as I give my last hugs to Alex and Breyana.

"We're gonna miss you too." Breyana says. As I pull away I see Auston hugging his dad and his dad whispers something into his ear making Auston smile the biggest smile I've ever seen him do. Once they were done, he quickly hugs his mom and then he walks over to me and we wave back at the Matthews and we make our way through security and onto our plane.

"Hey, what did your dad say to you?" I ask Auston.

"Huh? Oh, it was nothing." Auston says still smilling.

"Was it about me?" I ask him and he quickly says no.

"Nope." Auston says as he starts to text mitch.

"It must be something if it made you smile that big." I say.

"It is pretty big, but you'll find out soon." Auston tells me smiling at me.

"Tell me now, I can't wait!" I tell him and he smirks.

"And you thought I was the impatient one." He tells me.

"Hey, we're Mrs. and Mr. Impatient." I tell him.

"Yes, we really are." Auston says as he wraps his arm arounf my shoulders and I just lean into his body as we head back to Toronto.
