Okay, first things first: I am completely average. My looks are average, my grades are average, and my popularity is average. I'm just a typical normal 15 year old girl. Well at least I think so, hopefully. But I've been experiencing some insane stuff these days.

I guess it all started when my substitute teacher turned into a vampire...

I walked into class on time like usual, and set next to my seat buddy, Greg. We nodded at each other, having formed the cordial acquaintanceship required from being seated next to each other for the past few months.

"Is it true that Mrs. Stavrinski isn't here today?" I asked him.

Greg nodded and muttered," Yeah, I heard her kid got really sick. Besides that her husband's out of town." Greg always seemed to know what was going on even though it wasn't like his business at all.

"Okay, who's subbing?"

Greg shrugged. I frowned, Greg always knew who was subbing, something was up.

Just then, the door opened, and in walked a super pretty, young lady with blonde hair and blue eyes.

"Hello class," she said in a sickeningly sweet tone," I'm Ms. Succo, and I will be subbing here for today." She smiled.

A couple of guys were drooling over her...ewwwww.

Her skin turned paper white. Wait what, I blinked, and rubbed my eyes. Ms. Succo looked perfectly norma-noooo! Her eyes are red now! And her skin was paler than a corpse's skin! What the heck was going on??!!

Ms. Succo was fuzzy around the edges, and parts of her were staticky it was like I was seeing her from an old-fashioned tv. For a moment a part of her body would fizzle out and it would show the normal her. and then the next second I could see her blood red eyes and really pale skin again. I could feel the panic and horror mode building up inside me and what was happening, why was no one reacting to this?!!?

I slowly raised my hand," Ms. Succo, m-may I go use the restroom?"

Ms. Succo turned to me. She smiled.. and of course she had fangs. "Of course, go on dear.."

When I left the room, I didn't go back. I just ran.........

That was only the first time. The second time, few months later, during summer vacation, was scarier, but more reassuring. The second time was special. Because the second time, other people saw it too.

I was walking down the street when a gigantic dog ran out of an alleyway. And of course I screamed.

The. Dog. Was. HUMONGOUS!!!!

It was at least the size of a garbage truck. And to make it seem more scary, the dog had to be pitch black!!

I suddenly remembered the last time something like this happened. Was this like the last time? Could no one else see that except for me?!?!

But when I screamed, other people slowly started to turn their heads towards it and screamed. Thankfully other people could see the hound from hell (AN/ lmao.. or as we refer to as hellhound...back to the story) At least now I'm sort of reassured I'm not crazy.

And speaking of that dog.... it heard our screams and the dog turned. It's eyes focused on each person's eyes until.....

The lava red eyes met my pale green eyes. And you know in horror movies, the main character is being haunted yada yada yada and then when the scary thing is near them and they freeze. I FELT LIKE THAT MAIN CHARACTER FROM THE HORROR MOVIE!!!!!!!!
