"So what are we actually going to do today?" I questioned.

"I don't know, I didn't think your mom was just going to let you off the hook," he laughed.

"So wait you showed up to my house and had no plan?"

"Yep."

"Oh Riggins," I laughed.

"What? You don't always have to have a plan to have a good day."

"Well I want to see you come up with a great idea," I crossed my arms.

He furrowed his eyebrow and started to drive a little faster.

"Please don't kill me."

"Calm down Rae, you'll be fine."

I watched as the road turned to gravel and the trees started covering everything.

"Now I'm sure you're going to kill me," my eyes widening.

He just laughed and pulled aside to a little pathway. He hopped out he truck and waved me to follow. Even though my gut said I was going to die I followed him. The path got a little dark and winding and I found myself gripping his arm close. I tried not to look at him knowing how big his grin was. We finally made it to the side of the river with a little landing and a giant tree with a rope attached to it.

"How in the world did you find this place?" I smiled big walking up to the tree.

"Me and Jason found it when we were kids. We use to come here all the time," I looked to see him staring out into the river, "now it's to long of a path to get him back here."

I walked back to him and took his hand in mine.

"Why aren't you as nice to everyone else as you are to Jason?" I questioned.

"The world doesn't owe me anything and I don't owe it anything. Why should I be nice to everyone when I'm just he trash?" he laughed kicking a rock.

"Tim you aren't trash. You're the fullback, the guy everyone can lean on."

He shook his head and walked over to the tree dropping my hand. He took his shirt off and his shoes grinning at me.

"Please tell me you aren't going to jump in there right now," my eyes widen.

They almost popped out of my face however when his pants proceeded to come off leaving him just in his boxer briefs. Of course the tighter the better. He gripped a hold of the rope and ran forward hanging off the edge until he let go flying into the water. I ran down the side a little to get a better look.

He popped up grinning at me.

"Did that impress you?" he asked swimming towards me.

"No," I laughed a little louder than I expected.

He furrowed his eyebrows and lifted himself up onto the edge next to me.

"You're going to get in," he winked.

"Don't you dare," I put my hands up but before I knew it I was dragged into the cold river water.

I came up gasping.

"Tim!" I shouted moving my hair out of my face.

He floated next to me laughing.

"I wish you would have warn a white shirt."

I huffed and throw my fists in the water swimming back to the side.

"Hey, come back," he swam behind me.

I struggled slightly, but lifted myself out of the water and started to stomp back to the path. Before I could make it I felt his hand wrap around my wrist and tug at me.

"Where are you going Rae?" he asked.

"I want to go home. Now." I stated turning around to face him.

"Why? We were having a good time," he smiled.

"No, you were. You were being your usual pervy self," I tired to wiggle out of his grip.

"I was joking with you," he spoke a little softer.

"No Tim you weren't. You don't joke. You talk about sex all the time. You don't even want to be with me, you just want to be in me."

"That's not true!" he shouted getting closer to me.

"That's all you ever want. Just to be in someone. And sorry buddy, but that is not who I am!" I stepped closer to him.

"Dammit Rae I know you aren't! That's why I want you! I want to be with you," his chest was against mine. Both of our hearts racing.

"Don't say things you don't mean," I looked down.

He lifted my chin up.

"I do mean it. Of course I want to have sex with you. No guy in his right mind wouldn't want to have sex with the girl they want to be with. But I want to be with you for you. You're such a smartass and no one has ever fought so hard to avoid me like you do."

"I don't avoid you," I raised my arms to move his hair behind his ears.

"Yes you do, you hate me, and I hate that."

"I do not hate you Tim," I rested my hands on his chest. "I just don't want to be in the list."

"What list?"

"This list of girls you had sex with," I mumbled.

"First the list isn't that damn long. Second you'd be on your own list. The list on girls who took my heart for a damn ride."

I looked up to see him smiling shyly. Believe him; my heart said. Run; my mind said.

"I like the ride though," I leaned up to his face a little more.

My heart won.

He's hands cupped my cheeks as his lips crashed on mine. He moved with such intensity I didn't think I could keep his pace. His lips were soft, but they were forceful. They wanted to take mine hostage. I just wanted more. I ran my fingers through his hair and he grinned into the kiss. He pulled back slowly and smiled.

"Not yet. You're going to have to wait now," he winked and I gasped.

Tim Riggins was going to make me wait? We'll see about that.
