" Whose husband?" he asked as calm as he could. Getting worked up won't solve a thing.

"Are you kidding me? This is not the time for your games Yoongi. Yours who else?" Shouted the stranger, who apparently didn't share Yoongi's view on keeping calm.

"Who?"

"Me! Stop playing! It's not funny"

"There's no way in hell you're my husband! You know what? It's fine, no problem. I'll solve this" Yoongi said trying to calm himself down.

"What do you mean there's noway?" the stranger said with hurt dripping out of his voice.

" Look, You're really attractive ok? Don't get me wrong. But it's not enough... I don't want you as a husband!"

" Are you asking for a divorce right now?! You didn't even hear me out!" so maybe the stranger was keeping calm before, because now he's straight out panicking. Yoongi can probably see the sirens in his eyes.

" I don't need to hear anything out, just keep quiet for a moment ok? We're not getting a divorce, don't worry ok?" Hearing that the stranger visibly relaxed.

It looks like it's also problematic for him to have a divorce record. Maybe even more problematic than it is for Yoongi, seeing as how he would rather stay married to a stranger than file for one.

But Yoongi isn't about that life. And he knows for a fact that life isn't just black and white and he's sure they are not the only idiots who got drunk and made the mistake of marrying a stranger.

So he got his phone out and googled it.

Marriage Annulation. He doesn't have the time or patience for divorce procedures.

(AN: Yeah i searched it. Why don't i do my studies like this -_-)

Article 815 (Nullity of Marriage): A marriage is null and void if it falls under any of the following subparagraphs:

1. Where there is no agreement to marry between the parties;

2. Where there exists or existed between the parties the relationship of lineal blood relative, collateral blood relative within the eighth degree of relationship and spouse to one of such relatives; and

3. Where there exists or existed between the parties the relationship of lineal relative by affinity and relative by affinity of husband's blood relative within the eighth degree of relationship.

Article 816 (Causes for Annulment of Marriage): A claim to the court for annulment of a marriage may be made under any of the following subparagraphs:

1. Where a marriage is in violation of the provisions of Articles 807 through 811;

2. When at the time of marriage one of the parties was unaware that the other party had been suffering from a malignant disease or had any other serious reason which would make marital life unable to continue; and

3. When the declaration of intention to marry has been made by fraud or duress.

At that Yoongi perked up. He's sure that an agreement under the influence of alcohol or whatever else they or he did last night isn't really taken as an agreement.

So it'll either fall into the 1st subparagraph of the Article 815, or the 3rd subparagraph of article 816. He's not sure but that's not important.

What's important is that he gets to get rid of this mess and forget all about it.

He looked up at his guest and gave him what he hopes is a reassuring smile.

" I told you i'll fix it. See? We don't have to get a divorce. There's a thing called Marriage annulment and it works like magic. We just have to tell them that we didn't agree to get married and Puff! Everything is gone. No registration, no files, no nothing. It's like we didn't get married!" Yoongi said proudly.

" You want to erase our marriage?!" The stranger exclaimed in disbelief.

" Yeah! Don't you?" Yoongi was really confused

" NO! What the hell Yoongi? This is getting out of hand! You're being unfair! You refused to hear me out and now that you're finally back you say you want to erase our marriage, like it never existed? Why are you treating our marriage as a mistake?! i can't believe you!

I refuse! I'm not letting you go"

"I'm not treating marrying you as a mistake.

It is a mistake"

At this the stranger's eyes began to water

" You- you don't mean that... You're angry now and it's understandable but if you'll just let me explain, everything will be okay. We'll work this out. You don't mean it baby- That night-"

" Don't call me that and we'll work nothing out. Look i tried to be nice but you just won't get it. I don't want to be married to you, not now, not ever so let's just make the annulment so we can each go on with our lifes! I really don't need this type of drama in my life right now"

" I'm not doing it' I won't let you go! I'll fight you in court if i have to!"

"You're unbelievable. This can't go on like this. One can't even talk with you" Yoongi sighed shaking his head.

He can't let Hoseok know about this so he called Namjoon.

The phone rang a couple times before his friend picked it up

" Hey Hyung, how are you?" his friend sounded concerned.

" I fucked up"

" what do you mean you fucked up? What happened?"

" i got married last night and the guy won't leave me alone. I suggested we annul the marriage and he's blubbering about never letting me go man"

" You married a guy you hooked up with?"

"No, we didn't hook up! We just got married"

" oh that's fine then"

"Did you hear anything i just said?! the guy won't annul the marriage"

" yeah that's not really his choice. I was more worried about you cheating.

The marriage is atomaticly void since you're already married, so he won't have a choice really"

" hold up, cheating? Married?"

" I won't let jimin know if i were you man, even if you didn't do anything with the guy, the fact that you married someone else on your 4th meeting anniversary will hurt him really badly"

At this Yoongi's brain went into overdrive. He met someone called jimin last night 4 years ago and he married him?

"Who the hell is Jimin" he asked

At this the stranger scoffed

"So not only do you want to erase our marriage, you're even pretending you don't know me now!"

And then it all clicked in Yoongi's brain.

I mean Namjoon was petty, so he can't expect him to let him get away with pranking him last week.

Now he knows why everything this jimin guy was so exagerated.

He began to laugh like a maniac.

" Oh man, You guys are really good. Okay you got me. Where are the hidden cameras?! Tell whoever is here they can all come out now"

Only Namjoon can come up with something like this.

He's gotta give it to him though. This was really good.

And he got an actor that is his type.
