Yoongi tried to say no, but Namjoon's nagging and insistence that this is something him and Jimin should talk about personally wore him down.

So here he is, on his way to a restaurant where he'll be meeting his "husband."

He told Namjoon that he didn't want to meet the pink-haired man, tried to make him understand that he didn't want to risk getting his memories back.

Namjoon though argued that that wasn't feasible, considering how Yoongi wasn't undergoing therapy and just seeing Jimin isn't likely to trigger his memory seeing as how he'd already spent a reasonable amount of time with him when he woke up, and nothing happened.

"Besides, you at least owe him a face to face conversation," said Namjoon.

Yoongi wanted to shout that he owed jimin nothing, that giving him the house and royalties is more than Jimin deserved, but he ended up biting his tongue and agreeing to one meeting in a public place.

Yoongi had nothing against Jimin; he didn't know him.

He just wanted nothing to do with him.

Just because he and Jimin had a fall out didn't mean Yoongi was going to sabotage jimin's relationship with his friends.

He wasn't going to get involved with his relationship with the others or make them pick sides or anything like that.

They are adults for fuck's sake.

All he wanted was to cut ties with him.

Part of the reason Yoongi is leaving their place to Jimin is that he doesn't ever want to go back there.

Anyways, he supposes this way is better than leaving a loose end.

Yoongi made it to the restaurant without causing a commotion.

He learned from that article Namjoon showed him; God bless face-masks and bucket hats.

The restaurant was some fancy traditional diner.

Yoongi started feeling nervous and underdressed until he remembered who he became.

He told the receptionist he had a reservation under the name Christian.

Jimin made the reservation, Yoongi had no idea where that name came from, and he didn't care.

The guy at the reception desk gave him a polite smile and checked his heft before he called for someone to escort him to his table.

He followed the waiter through the main dining room and was then led to a private room, where jimin was already waiting.

Jimin was already sitting cross-legged, but yoongi could see his discomfort in how stiff he seemed; straight back and a forced smile Yoongi didn't bother returning.

Yoongi took his leather jacket off; he didn't think about packing clothes with him before he ran so he's been wearing the same ones since he checked out of the hospital, put it on the floor beside him and sat across his soon to be ex-husband.

They greet each other and an awkward air envelope them, that lifts only when the waiter comes back to serve them their meal.

Jimin had already ordered for them, and even though the served food is to Yoongi's liking, it still irritates him.

Jimin keeps silent and waits for the older to start eating, so Yoongi does so without uttering a word.

He's not the one who wanted to talk; he's said everything he wanted to say already.
