Chapter nine

Today was the day, your anniversary. You slowly opened your tried eyes and took a deep breath; turning over into your stomach to look at your love. He faced you, his face soft as he slowly breathed in and out. You could never get over how cute he looked when he was sleeping. You couldn't help but remember that Kyle had told you a week prior that he had nothing planned; your heart sank in your chest a little bit. You would be fine staying at home cuddling on the couch with him. 

You moved closer to him snuggling into his chest. His strong arms wrapped around you and pulled you up so that you were now sitting on top of him. He opened his tired eyes and smiled at you as he yawned. "Good morning beautiful" he said in his husky morning voice, you couldn't help but smile as you leaned down to kiss him. Pulling away after a few seconds he lightly patted your back signaling to you that he wanted to get up. You rolled off him and watched as he kicked the blankets of his body and sat up, stretching his arms high above his head. 

He left the room, probably to get into the shower. You sighed and rolled on to your back, and looked up to the ceiling. After a while the door opened to reveal a fully clothed man, his hair slightly swept to the side. He wore a blue button up shirt that was tucked into black skinny jeans. He wore his glasses, instead of his contacts which gave him a slightly nerdy look. Man, did he look good. You lightly bit your lip as he stride over to you, taking a seat in front of you; you pulled your knees up to your chest and crossed your arms over them. He smiled at you, his white teeth shining bright. "Get dressed babe, we have things to do" he said. You did and he said and got of the bed, going straight to the bathroom to brush your teeth and hair. You didn't bother with makeup today as you were in a slight hurry.

Fall was here and it was getting a little chilly outside. You kept this in mind as you slipped on a red knitted sweater, black jeans and combat boots. You slipped your favorite multi colored infinite scarf and fixed your hair with was braided to look like a crown. Taking Kyle's hand he led you out the door of your small apartment and down the stairs to his car. You both got in a set off.

It was 11:45 in the morning when you left the house and man did you have a busy day. First you and your love went out to breakfast where you ordered waffles with strawberries and whipped cream. Next you went to the mall because Kyle need some socks, then you went to the grocery store to get ingredients to make dinner tonight.

By the time you got back, it was 6:30. You were exhausted from all the shopping that was done today but you were happy to do it with Kyle. You sat on the couch for a minute then go up to start making dinner, but you were stopped by Kyle. "I'm making dinner tonight baby, it's our anniversary today so just sit down and relax" he said grabbing your hips. "Are you sure?"you asked with a wary look on your face. He nodded and smiled, "yes" and with that he kissed your forehead and left to start dinner. You shrugged your shoulder and went to change into pajamas, you took your hair out of the braids and tied it up into a messy bun. You lay down on the couch with a fuzzy blanket and turned on Hellraiser you waited for dinner to be done.

It was nice to not have to cook dinner for once and you hoped that after 4 years of being together it would change. When you were half way into the movie, Kyle came out with two steaming plates of spaghetti. You paused the movie as Kyle handed you your plate.  He sat next you setting his plate down on the coffee table that was placed in front of the couch. You swirled your fork in the middle of the noodles and took your fist bit, "oh my god" you said as you swallowed the food. "What is it not good?" he asked "it's amazing, this is better than anything that I've ever made!!" you exclaimed happily. He smiled widely and took his first bite, "wow this is pretty good" he said. You both continued to eat and watch Hellraiser.

You weren't sure what time it was when you woke up in the arms of your lover. You looked around the dark living room; the blanket you brought out for yourself was now sprawled out on the two of you. Kyle's head was tilted back and his mouth was slightly open. His blonde hair fell in his pale face and his glasses sat on the bridge of his nose. You decided it would be best to not wake him up and to just go back to sleep. You snuggled up to him once more and let out a sigh, what a perfect way to end your anniversary.

Helloooo everyone!! It's me! The girl that never updates lmao. This is a shirt chapter I know hopefully the next chapter will make up for it! So just a few things, first off this story is going to be about 15 chapters long if not shorter than that. Secondly you guys will most likely hate me because I already have the ending figured out and let's just say you guys aren't going to be very happy with me... lastly this story WILL be getting a sequel!! I'm not sure what it will be called yet but I have a rough idea of what the story will be about. Well that's I have to say, I hope you all enjoyed this chapter!! I'll see you in the next one.
