<<<Night of the play, "Cinderella"!>>>
Kristine's POV
I had practiced and practiced. I made sure that I attended every last practice, and knew every last line. I think Taylor memorized all of the other parts. I had her read them so many times! But tonight was different.
Not a dress rehersal.
Not a practice.
The real deal.
The curtains opened.
Here we go!

Taylor's POV
Tonight was opening night! I couldn't wait to see Kristine and Toby! They were so great! Toby had to teach her the dances in private, in the unlikely event Tiffany would be sick or injured. She was never, EVER absent.
But I hoped that tonight she would be.
I took my seat next to Taylor and Hailey, Dan sitting next to Taylor. This would be great! Hailey was upset that Toby would be kissing someone else, but I explained to her that it was only a stage kiss. He didn't love Tiffany,he loved her. Felix and Marzia also showed up, taking their seats next to me, along with Phil, who sat next to Dan. The lights went down and the music began playing.
Here we go!

Kristine's POV
I stood in the wings, watching Tiffany preform her solo.
"In my own little corner..." She sang. I mouthed the words along with her, knowing every line. She finished the song and everyone applauded. Our scene was coming up! By our, I mean the rest of the extras and I. We were all background ballroom dancers, and we were pretty darn good! We had worked on it since forever, and I couldn't wait! After some while, the curtains closed. It was time for a set change. I grabbed my partner, Mark, and rushed him out onto the stage.
We got into our ready positions, and waited for the curtains to rise. Soon, all of us were out on the stage, including Toby, but the curtains still did not rise. What happened? I left Mark to go make sure everything was okay. I looked around and saw several stage managers surrounding Tiffany, who was crying hysterically.
"Kristine! There you are! Get out of that old dress, we have to get you into Tiffany's!" One of the managers shouted.
"What?!" I exclaimed.
"You're going on!"
"As who?"
"As Cinderella!"
