lived through the ages
like a mason jar
filled to the brim
with old, stained memories
was a century worth livingMore than just an observer,
He helped shape the world,
like a carpenter with his plane. He was a living book
of history,
experiencing events I've
only read about.Left a legacy
with not only
what he built
with his hands,
but within the very
hearts of everyone who knew
him.
