The first piece I ever wrote on Wattpad was called Please Don't Leave Me. It was a Minho/TMR fan-fiction and is my most well received story to this day.
Personally I hate the story. I hate my writing and I hate the plot. But what can I say? I was younger and inexperienced then. I literally just wrote without much thought. There's really no character depth or arc to the story.
I had plans for a sequel to Please Don't Leave Me. It was called The Burning Skies. I started the first few chapters and even published them. But somewhere along the way it just stopped... flowing. The sequel didn't fit and the portrayal of the story was not what I envisioned it to be. I really feel Nicci's story should have only been contained in Please Don't Leave Me. It was never meant to be continued. So I am taking down those few chapter to The Burning Skies and letting Nicci's story rest in peace.
This brings me to now. Several years later I was like, hey let's write another Minho fan-fiction and see if I can get it to be just as well received as Please Don't Leave Me. But this time I was going to do it the way I wanted. So I planned and drafted and imagined and planned some more. Then I wrote and rewrote and deleted and edited A LOT.
An alas, Edge of Insanity was created.
