Chapter 11:Meeting Terra

Raven walked into the kitchen and took a seat in between Jaime and Damian. "Hey guys" she said. "Good morning Raven" everyone replied. Damian smiled and gave her a slight nod. She grinned and started eating her lunch.  Everyone began to eat their breakfast while chatting.  "Hey guys, I was thinking we should go to that new arcade that has opened up in town. It seems like it would be pretty fun" Garfield spoke up. Kori thought for a minute. "I'm guessing we won't have to deal with any criminals since no one has tried to commit any crimes all day" she started. "I guess we could go have a little more mandatory fun."
Everyone except Damian nodded. They all turned their heads towards him. He gave a deep sigh. "Fine" he said rolling his eyes. Everyone smiled and cheered. "Alright Titans, let's go have some fun!" Kori beamed and picked up her car keys.

Everyone walked into the garage and hopped into Kori's car.

The titans were all having fun while playing games and earning tickets. Raven had decided to take a break and told the others that she was going outside. Raven sat outside of the arcade and looked up at the stars. She stared in awe at the beauty of the night sky. A few minutes later she heard a door opening. She didn't have to turn around to know who it was. Damian sat down on the sidewalk next to her. "It's beautiful isn't it?" he spoke up. Raven nodded. "It really is" she said and smiled. Damian sighed and stared up at the sky above him. He looked down and noticed that his hand was only centimeters away from hers. 'Now's my chance' he thought to himself. He took a deep breath and placed his hand on top of hers. At first, her face held a shocked expression. She then smiled and gave his hand a gentle squeeze. He gave a small smile back. Raven took her chances and leaned forward. Damian did the same. They were just about to kiss until the door swung open. 'Seriously' Raven facepalmed. They turned to see Garfield standing in the doorway. "Guys! There's someone that you need to meet. Come on!" Garfield squealed in excitement.

"Logan you seriously need to work on your timing" Damian moaned. "Oh, sorry" Garfield mumbled. His face turned a slight red. "It's ok" Raven gave a small smile. "Well, what are you waiting for? Come on!" Garfield yelled. He ran back inside and closed the door behind him.  Raven stood. "Someday, Boy Blunder. Someday" Raven said and rubbed his hair.  Raven walked towards the door and opened it. She stopped and turned to see Damian still sitting. "You coming?" she raised an eyebrow. "Yeah" he said and stood.

When they got inside they noticed the others talking to someone. Damian paused and stared at the girl with a curious look. Raven noticed and followed his gaze. "Is that the girl you saw at the building?" she asked. "I think so" he said. They both walked up to the others. "Guys, I would like for you to meet Terra" Garfield pointed at the girl and she gave them a small smile. "It's nice to meet you" the girl said and held out her hand. Raven politely shook her hand and gave her a welcoming smile. "Nice to meet you Terra. I'm Raven" Raven said. Damian gave the girl a skeptical look. Raven elbowed him in the side. "Ow. What?" he groaned. "Introduce yourself Damian" Raven whispered. Damian rolled his eyes before shaking the girl's hand. "Damian" he said simply. The girl grinned and nodded.

"Well, it was nice meeting all of you, but I should be going now" Terra said. "Ok, see you later Terra" Garfield smiled and waved. Everyone told her goodbye. She waved and walked off. Damian grabbed Raven's hand and pulled her aside. "I don't know if I trust her" he said. "Why?" Raven asked and raised a brow. "I don't know. Something's not right. This girl just popped up out of nowhere. How do we know we can trust her?" he asked. "I don't know. I have to admit, I did feel something strange when I shook Terra's hand. Something's off about her."

Damian nodded. "Garfield seems to be somewhat attached to this girl, so I assume she'll be around often. We should keep a close eye on her" Damian said. Raven nodded her head in agreement. "Hey guys, Kori says were about to leave" Garfield yelled. They glanced at each other one more time before heading back towards the others.

I know I haven't updated in a while. I've been too busy working on other things. I also had a small case of writers block so of course I had absolutely no idea of what to write. Anyway, I hope this chapter was satisfying. This story should probably be done in a few more chapters. I'm not sure yet. I'll try to post my next chapter as soon as possible. Later!✌ & ❤
