[Timeline - Kong is head hazer (3rd year) and Arthit is working]

Kongpope's POV

'Did you all not understand when I spoke to you before about being late for class? You need to be reminded everyday? Do you need me to come wake up like kids?'

I was shouting in the auditorium where 174 engineering students sat looking nervous and scared. Interestingly enough, all of them showed up for today's meeting. 

P'Non, one of our engineering professors had asked me to talk to freshmen to be punctual. Apparently, many of them were skipping class as well. My voice was already giving out. I was getting frustrated with some of their attitude.

'0045 Samtran, up!'

'0045 Samtran!'

'Why do you think you need to be punctual?'

'Uhh....because we have to.'

'Why?'

'Because we are students.'

'That's not it at all. Being punctual has nothing to with you being a student. So, if you were not a student, you don't need to be on time? How about after you graduate and go to work? Hmm?'

Samtran looked at me scared and I indicated for him to sit back down.

'You are responsible for yourselves now. You are responsible for your own decisions. Your parents are not here to guide you and make sure you do your assignments and go to class. We are here to guide you BUT!'

Aim pointed at a student just then, '0093! Ace! Stand up!'

'0093 Ace!'

'Is there something funny? Share it with all of us here so we can laugh too.'

'Nothing P'Aim.'

'Then why are you snickering?'

'I'm sorry P'Aim.'

'Pay attention then! Sit down.'

He bowed and sat down looking relieved. Probably because Aim didn't make him do laps. I went back to the topic at hand.

'We are here to guide you BUT it is not our role to hold your hand and tell you to go to class. Do you think only your time is precious? What about the professors who make your lessons? They are here to teach you so that you can learn for your future. Do you understand?'

'Yes P!' 

'Will I have to talk to you about being late to class ever again?'

'No P!' 

They all yelled in unison. I looked at Wad and he got them to the engineering cheer a couple of times and then the meeting was dismissed.

I was exhausted that I could probably fall asleep standing. I still had two assignments that I needed to complete. On top of university workload, being the head hazer was no easy task either. I also got ahead of myself and signed up to be a calculus tutor for the first years.

On top of all that, I was also taking supplementary classes in Economics. I needed to have some pre-requisite courses if I wanted to apply for the Master's program. I also had to study for a test I had in Statistical Analysis.

'Kong where are you off too? It's already so late.'

'Aim, I have a Stats test tomorrow.'

'No way....what about the assignment due tomorrow?'
