I am the Legend

Recap: "Thats alright as long as you are here now" He said.

"Where's mother?" I asked, father gulped....what happened?

"Ugh....er....um...." Father stuttered and gulped again

"Where is my mother?" I shouted more sternly than before

"Ugh...well...y-you see....urm....we were v-visiting Grandma a-and well...ugh...she was captured and taken prisoner" Dad said nervously, looking down and sat on his throne

"When?" I asked quietly, he looked up

"Huh?" he asked confused

"When did this happen?" I asked louder

"Oh...ugh...2 y-years ago..." dad said slowly

"And you haven't sent anyone to get her........what prison is she in?" I said

"I-I think it is the high security one......they won't tell me." He said "They said that I would be a traitor if I took her back."

"despicable" I muttered under my breath. I turned around and walked off leaving my father clueless as to what had just happened. As I ran towards the Palace doors, guards stopped me.

"Where are you going princess?" One said

"None of your business" I said

"I am under strict orders from your father to not let you out of our site" He said again. Why does my father think I am helpless...I am the Legend. I am as powerful as the Avatar.

"I am going out to practise my bending" I gave up

"Fine but Chan and I must supervise you" He said again. Ugh quit nagging me, would ya?

"alright but if you get hurt do not blame me....what is your name?" I asked

"Lee" He stated "Let's go" We walked out the doors and into the huge courtyard where I used to practise as a kid. I stood in the middle and started fire bending. I glanced over to Lee and his friend, Chan, they looked shocked and surprised. I decided to only use fire bending. You never know what they're motives are until it's too late. After I finished practising some basics I settled myself and ran off to see Ran and Shao leaving the two clueless fire benders behind.

In case you didn't know, every time you go to see Ran and Shao, you have to bring a piece of the original fire. Usually you have to go to the original fire place but not me in me, I have the Fire Spirit in me  and she is an original fire bender so all in all Ran and Shao are better than me but I am almost as good as them.

I stood in the middle of the top of the staircase and called Ran and Shao out. Ran is a girl and Shao is a boy. We are really close, they cared for me more than my own parents did, so we made a special noise so that when I did it they knew it was me. I also had Mizuki in my pocket. Mizuki had never seen her parents and they hadn't seen her either. I made our special call, which was a special bird sound, and they came flying out to greet me. We talked for a while and they gave me a lesson but just as I was about to go I turned around and said;

"Ran, Shoa do you remember to baby dragon you had 7 years ago?" I quizzed them

"Oh course we do....but I don't know where she is now" Cha said

"Well lucky for you I do" I said and pulled Mizuki out of my pocket, the look on Cha and Ran's faces were incredible.

"Not to be rude but why is she so small...I almost mistaken her for a lizard" Ran moaned
