2 weeks later
"Mummy I love you" Gordon said with huge smile on his face, he gave me a hug straight after. Recently i had been thinking about something which could ultimately change my life and gordon and brad's too. I wanted to talk to brad but I felt like he would turn the idea down and brush it off. But it was something I really wanted although I really did need brad's blessing for my dream to become a reality

•Knock on the door•

I walked to the door, I opened it to Tristan who I think would be looking for brad who was currently not here.
"Hey Lindsey how are you doing" he asked at the same time walking in to the house.
"Good how are you doing" I replied.
"Alright nothing new" he responded with a shrug of his shoulders.
"So I you looking for brad" I asked but he shook his head which surprised me but yet I was still intrigued.
"I'm actually here to see you and gordon" he said looking over to Gordon who was smiling at him. I directed Tristan over to Gordon and we both sat down to play with Gordon who was still smiling. We played with Gordon for about an hour until I couldn't hold it in I had to ask some questions about brad.
"Hey Tristan you know how you and brad are like really close" I said slyly.
"Yeah... Why?" He said with curiosity but confusing at the same time.
"Well I need to ask brad something but I don't know if he will like the idea what should I do?" I asked. Tristan looked at me for a second.
"Well honestly brad is an optimistic guy he will listen to you and if you really want it and what you want isn't illegal I'm sure brad won't have a problem helping you out with whatever it is you want" he explained which Made me feel a lot more confident with asking brad so I decided I was going to ask brad the question I've been hiding away for some time.

Door opens and shuts

"Daddy" Gordon said while running towards brad, brad picked Gordon up and hugged him tight.
"Hey little man where's mummy?" He asked and gordon pointed at the entrance to the kitchen where I was standing. I walked up to them both and hugged the two of them. We all walked into the kitchen and ate the dinner I prepared, once we had finished gordon was getting tired so I thought it was a great opportunity to put him up to bed and then ask brad the question. I carried gordon up to his room and changed him into his pyjamas and tucked him into bed, it took a couple of seconds before his eyes shut. I quietly walked downstairs and back into the kitchen where brad was sitting on his laptop doing work, I walked up to him and tapped his shoulder. I shifted to face me, I felt butterflies in my stomach but I was more excited.
"Brad I've been meaning to tell or I should say ask you something for a little while now?" I say slowly, I could tell I had his full attention so I just sort of went for it.
"Well I've was wondering...."

Well you'll have to wait till part 2 to find out what he question was to brad! ;) XoXo
