People ask me how to bring about reform. They say, "Your ideas are interesting, but how do you put them into practice? How do you change the law?"

The best way to improve the world is to increase awareness of the things that are wrong with it. If enough people are aware of a problem, change almost always happens eventually. Bad policies become socially unacceptable.

Universal suffrage, for instance, exists because people wrote about it constantly. Prohibiting certain demographics from voting became socially unacceptable. The same happened with slavery.

Dissemination of information is the key to change.
