The Night at the Casino

"You have to go." Luke says.

"Why?" I ask.

"Because you did help save the galaxy."

"Yes. I know. But I rather stay here and train. I need to get better."

It's been a year since we blew up Star Killer Base. A year since I saw...   him. For the one year anniversary, the resistance is having a celebration, a formal one.

"Well, in order to train you need me, and I'm going."

"Ugh, fine I'll go."

"Good."

"Who's coming?"

"Everybody."

Luke decided that we're staying for a week. To be honest I am excited to see every one. It's just I've never worn a dress before.
Luke says it's what Kylo wears but different. That explains a lot.

When we land Leia and Finn greet us. It's so nice to see Luke and Leia see eachother again after 20 years. There's a lot of tears.

I hug Finn."It's so good to see you." Finn says.

"You're alive." I say.

"Yep."

"So what did I miss when I was gone."

Finn pulls me aside, away from Leia and Luke.

He speaks quietly so they can't hear. "There's been a rumor going around that Kylo Ren is still alive." I gasp. But he doesn't finish. "That's not even the best part. He might be on the light side now."

I stare at Finn for a couple of seconds, speechless.

"Wait, we got to tell Leia."

"No. We shouldn't tell her anything until we know for sure."

"Right. Wait, why would he turn in the first place?"

"You."

"Huh?" If I had water in my mouth at this moment, I would definitely spray it everywhere. "What makes you say that."

"There's been a report of people saying that he's been looking for you."

"Oh..."

"It's okay, Rey. He won't find you here."

I nod.

The rest of the day was Luke and Leia catching up and me and Finn catching up. Before I knew it was 11:59pm. I had to go to bed because the celebration is tomorrow. I get ready and go to bed.

It's the day of the celebration. Most of the day will be getting ready. Leia said she would help me pick out everything. I said I would let her pick out the hairstyle too. 

The first thing we do is look for a dress. There was this little dress store a couple of miles away from the resistance base. We go in and there is hundreds of beautiful dresses. I don't know how I'm supposed to choose one. Immediately Leia started picking out dresses for me to try on. She hands me dress after dress. And I try on dress after dress. I didn't really like one until I saw a dress that was displayed in the back of the shop.
