Things I hate that have been happening lately:
-feeling scared something bad is gonna happen
-feeling like someone's always watching me
-feeling suicidal for no particular reason
-dreams of suicide, self harm, and other dark stuff
-urges to cut for no real reason
-mood swings
-anxiety attacks
-always worrying
-feeling like everyone's expecting me to be better then I am and ever will be
-school work loads/projects/subjects I don't enjoy
-screwing up
-feeling helpless
-feeling overwhelmed
-arguing with people over stupid stuff
-hardly sleeping
