Prologue

Piece 1

“Thank god I am done for the day”, said Ty sighing. Now I can finally head to the bar, drink beer and clear my head.  As Ty was starting the engine of his car his best friend Sam called. He answered it and Sam asked him to come to the bar. Ty said ‘was already on my way dude, see you there. Sam chuckled and said ‘ha-ha okay see you soon then’.

Ty (Tyler Cross) is the 21 famous pop star in Hollywood and is famous throughout the world which off course Ty being the down to earth that he is never paid attention to all this until now when suddenly since many days this all attention and fan following was getting to him, and so much so that he was getting sick and tired of it and needed a break.

Ty finally arrived at the bar, parked his baby- shiny black Audi r8 and made his way inside the bar café. He found his best friend sitting at a corner seat already drinking his beer. He made his way to the seat beside him and ordered one for himself. ‘Seems you had a rough day bro. want to talk about it?’..asked Sam taking a sip from his beer.

‘Ahh  well  yes. You know the extra attention and this glam world is just getting on my nerves now and I so need a break from this world for some time.’ Said Ty

  Ha-ha well then in that case why not get out of this country for a while?

Well that sounds like something I can resort to but where? Asked Ty with a small smile on his face.

Which place other than my most favorite country besides America..the one and only India! Sam said with a smirk on his face.

Ty laughed and agreed n thanked his best friend. ‘But where should I go first I mean I don’t even know about that country properly.

Sam said ‘well for the starters you can go to Mumbai where my parents live and trust me you will love Mumbai. It’s called the New York City of India. I can call up my parents and get you to live in my apartment if you are up for it.

‘Sounds good man. Thanks a lot. Really means a lot to me. Ty said with a genuine smile playing on his lips.

Well what are best buds for. Hope you have a good break there and you never know, may as well find an Indian beauty in form of a girl. Coz lemme tell you my friend that Indian girls are very beautiful. Sam said winking.

Ty chuckled and winked back saying  ‘will see for myself’. 

And Ty had no clue that this visit to India, let alone Mumbai would actually change his life in a way he hadn’t expected. But well as they say the good surprises of life come when we least expect them.

So after 3 days Ty is set to fly to India for his much needed break but he is not aware of the fact that someone is waiting for him there.

Piece 2

The cell phone rings ‘hello’ Kaavya answered, a tinge of sadness and laced with being lost in her voice

‘Hola amigo!  Waddup? Came the chirpy voice on the other side of the phone of her best friend Ashley.

Kaavya sighs and says ‘Nothing much, just thinking of going down for a walk.

‘Gosh for the mother of stars just stop wallowing in your own self pity of not being able to meet Tyler Cross. I know you have like this big crazy kinda crush on him which is getting deeper and deeper with the passing days but Kaavya you are mature enough to understand that he is totally out of our reach I mean he stays in America for crying out loud at the first place and secondly he is a famous pop star on top of that. I know you love him a lot and I really adore it and I am not trying to make you upset more than you already are but even you know that it is very difficult to get him. Please don’t let this thing affect you so much.’  Ashley replied by giving her a long speech.

‘I know and understand but sometimes my heart really longs for him. I just get overwhelmed at times. I just wish I can see him someday. Said Kaavya

‘Well I certainly hope that god listens to your wish and grants it true some fine day but till then promise me that you will no more let these sad thoughts cloud your mind because the best surprises come when you least expect them so cheer up my bestie and keep smiling because as cheesy as that may sound but your smile lightens up my world atleast.

‘Haha ash you are one crazy woman but thank you for talking it out with me. I promise that I will try not to think about it.

‘Why thank you and I have gotta go now and ya one more thing,wanna meet up for a movie tomorrow and then we can hang out the whole eating, talking, coffee and walks on the beach, like a besties day out, what say pretty face? Asked Ash

‘Hahaha Well sounds like a perfect plan to me. See you tomorrow then. Cheerios! Said Kaavya with a huge grin on her face.

‘See you. Toodles! And the call ended.

Kaavya Malik is a 19 year old regular teenager who stays in Mumbai,India and aces at everything she does. Anyone who has her in their life is a lucky person. She is a girl with golden heart who loves her friends and family very much but was almost immune to the concept of love until she heard about Tyler Cross, fell in love with his voice and finally fell in love with him. Her secret wish is to meet Tyler Cross one day.

Well Ty is on his way to India and Kaavya is has no clue about what her life has in store for her. Lets see if these two pieces fit can fit together..
