Chapter 4

Kaavya’s POV

My eyes went wide as saucers and my mouth was dropped open. I thought what were they doing here..

When I looked at them, each one of them had some or the other stupid and weird expressions on their faces.

Off course Yash being him was smirking mischievously as if he is the mastermind behind this and I was tempted to wipe that stupid smirk off his face then followed by Gaurav and Smit who were trying their best to control their laughter. Juhi and Jyotsna were grinning so hard that I thought their teeths will stick together if they don’t stop grinning soon. And last but not the least Ashley was smiling like a Cheshire cat.

“Well will you invite us in or you plan to make us stand here the whole day?” Yash chose to speak first, smirking as if there is no end to his smirk.

“I wish I could” I thought and continued to glare at him.

“Offcourse you all can come inside guys” Ty spoke inviting them in.

In course of all this I had completely forgotten that Ty was also present here.

Finally all of them entered inside.

Yash, Gaurav and Jyotsna took the big couch.

Smit sat on the recliner.

Ashley and Juhi somehow fit themselves on the bean bag. Finally Ty and myself sat on the two single couch each opposite the big one.

“So what do I owe the honor of having you all here out of the blues?” I asked

Gaurav and Smit snorted loudly making others also laugh except me and Ty off course as I was not amused by this at all and Ty was completely oblivious to the present happening.

Ashley started “I am offended Kaavya I mean aren’t you happy to see your friends?” but I could catch the amused tone in her voice.

“Yes Kaavya, or did you want to spend your time alone with Tyler? Because seeing your expressions you don’t seem happy at all” spoke the devil i.e. Yash

At that comment my eyes went wide and red tainted my cheeks furiously. With anger or blush I don’t know. I think both.

When I looked at Ty he eyed me suspiciously but later smirked cockily.

I sometimes seriously think that Yash and Ty would make the best of friends with their similar attitude and personality.

I  finally calmed myself down and finally replied “Well I obviously am happy to see you guys but this was so out of the blues and I obviously didn’t expect to see you guys here at Ty’s place”

This time Smit spoke “Well it’s a Sunday and we always meet on Sundays so thought this time we would surprise you by dropping at your place but when we went there your mom told that you are here so yes well here we are”

“Yeah Kaavya, common show us some love. We deserve that much for giving you such an awesome surprise” Gaurav commented lamely.

I gave him a flat face.
