Chapter 6

KAAVYA’S POV

I just came out of my bathroom from a bath. Baths are always so nice and refreshing. Especially in this awfully hot weather, a cold refreshing shower is all you need. I then switched on the dryer to dry my hair.

I was in the midst of drying my hair when my phone went off and Ty’s song “My love” started playing which was my ring tone, it is one of my most favorite songs combining all the singers’ songs. Till date I can’t believe that Tyler is here in Mumbai, is living in my building, knows me, let alone is my very good friend now. I finally snapped out of my thoughts feeling a smile on my face and went to answer my phone. When I picked up my phone I saw it that Jyo was calling. I answered it..

“Hey what’s up?” I said

“Hi kitty. As you know that it is Gaurav’s birthday in two days i.e. 25th so I and Juhi decided to call everyone and meet up so that we can plan a surprise for Gaurav. Everyone will be here at my place by 6:30 so you and Ty also be come by that time.”

“Sure thing Joey. We will plan something real nice. I and Ty will be there by 6:30. I hope the boys aren’t late though.”

“Well knowing them they will be late and so on purpose I gave those 6 as the timing.” She said smugly

I laughed and smirked, not that she can see it but still.. “Smarty pants. So I’ll see you at 6:30 then.”

“Okie dokie. See you and have a good car ride with Ty. By the way now that you have spent about two weeks with him, how do you find the real him?”

“He is very nice off course. Extremely sweet yet cocky but that just makes him look more hot, not that I would tell him this though. He is going along with my friends nicely and I am glad that you all like him.”

“Hmm and he seems to like you a lot as well so do you see any relationship with him in the future?” she asked in a half teasing and half serious tone

I blushed at the first part she said about him liking me “He likes me alright but only as a friend and I don’t want to get my hopes up so I am just going to enjoy these moments with him, then be it as a friend only I mean I couldn’t have asked for more seeing as my biggest celebrity crush is now my friend, as surreal as that sounds and as they say go with the flow so I am doing just that and besides if we are meant to be together then we will be eventually.

She laughed “Wow you are so mature kitty. And apart from all the destiny thing, I know that he will fall for you eventually after all my bestie is special”

I laughed at that and said “Why that I am.”

“Ha ha miss delusional and cocky. Anyway my mom is calling me so gotta go. I’ll see you in the evening. Bye.”

“Alright bye.”

And then she hung up.

Then I decided to text Ty about the evening plan and his reply came short after saying that he would come along and meet me down by 6.

Gau’s birthday was day after tomorrow and we had less time to plan everything out. So we had to do it fast.

TYLER’S POV

Three days had passed since the movie plan.

It was 1.00 in the afternoon at present and I was just lazing around the house. Then it struck me that it had been a few days since I last spoke to Sam so It would be 12:30 of midnight in L.A and knowing that he would be awake as he usually sleeps late, I decided to call him.

I picked up my phone and called him.

After two-three rings he picked up and spoke..
