I'm afraid something might happen. And if..." "Don't worry, (Y/n). It'll be all right. I will defend you from anything, no one can touch you. No one." The girl sighed. "What if something happens to you?" Mika gave her a kiss on her neck. "Don't worry about me, I'm strong. You will see that nothing wrong will happen to me. We will return home winners. And then, when all this hell ends, we could be really happy." "I hope it so much, Mika. I have so much fear. "

The fight was very hard and the challenger strong, soon they understood all that it would be really hard to keep his head. Mika and (Y/n) tried to look at each other and always tried to understand where they were, they wanted to be assured that the other was still good. The girl had distracted a moment and didn't see the fifth progenitor hurl against her, but obviously someone else saw him. "(Y/n)! Be careful!" The girl felt herself been thrown on the ground. She turned and, with extreme horror, she saw the progenitor hitting Mika. For a moment she seemed to see the scene in slow motion, then her brain recorded the scene and her heart started beating faster. "Mika!" She yelled and went towards him, but Ky Luc went once more towards her. Fortunately Yuu intervened, managing to save the girl just in time. (Y/n) threw a short look at Yuu and then came up to her vampire. He was losing lot of blood from the wound that was caused by the fifth progenitor. "Mika..." She whispered with tears in her eyes." (Y/n)..." But then hecoughed, spitting blood. The girl came up posing the vampire's head on her knees. "Hang on, Mika. Please, hang on." "You know I love you..." "No, Mika..." And she began crying all the tears she had in her body when she realized that the vampire was no longer responding. "(Y/n), dismissed... We have to take him away..." The girl broke from him and let them take him away, in the meantime she began to feel a strong pain at the bottom of her chest. And if he was dead? But she couldn't consider that option, she couldn't take it into account. What would she have done if Mika hadn't survived? She had no idea.

She waited with the gaze lost in the void for any news, with an ever growing anguish. "(Y/n)... If you want to come." Said Yuu. The girl followed him. Mika was lying on a couch and had stopped losing blood, but there was no sign of life from him. The girl turned to Yuu and saw his eyes full of tears, confirming her dreadful suspicion. She also began to have tears in her eyes. She couldn't believe that it was true. She sat next to the vampire and watched for a long time his figure, then, suddenly, she began to sobbing and she threw herself on his neck, taken from the most total despair. She continued so long as someone called her name. "(Y/n)." "Let me! I want to stay here!" "All right, but..." The girl lifted her head, realizing that it was the voice of Mika. So she saw the red eyes of the vampire pointed at hers and a slight smile on his lips. "You... You are..." And she flung herself again upon him to weep, this time of happiness. Mika stroked her head with his hand. "I told you I was strong, or am I wrong?" The girl gave him a kiss on the cheek. "Of course you told me." And she laid her head on his chest, while the vampire kept stroking her hair. (Y/n) closed her eyes. She had never been so happy in her life.
